The loft I was heating is 13'x24' and the 2000 watt 240vac heater was a good choice. The only down side; the thermostat does not have a positive off when the knob is rotated fully left. After reports of the unit being on with the thermostat know fully left, I called their service number and was informed there is a minimum 40 degree setting on the thermostat, something that is not in the product information. So, I'll have to add a on/off switch to the face plate of the unit. It is the lack of information that gets the 3 star rating and the lack of positive shut off.

Unit did not come with thermostat and did not say it does not come with thermostat ??????? Now I need to buy one and hope it comes with diagram.

Not hot enough. Our plug in space heater throws off more heat than this one. It looks good in the wall, but I would like more heat.

Product is great. Unfortunately, Roseburg, OR Home Depot prepared my order with open/returned boxes that were missing parts and I was on a job 35 minutes away. They didn't even offer a discount upon return.

The unit was easily installed to provide heating for a 225 sq ft bedroom by a qualified electrician using code proper wiring to a existing thermostat. Installation time was less than 2 hours which included the removal of a drywall panel , "fishing" the wiring and making the connections. The unit delivers heat almost instantly, and responsive to thermostat temperature setting. Makes for an attractive and compact appearance, Supporting installation instruction were clear and precise. The unit meets my expectation in appearance, and deliverance of heat. Also, the heating unit itself is easily replaceable should the unit ultimately require replacement.

It should come with a thermostat. Other than that this heater is just fine.

The only thing that was funny about the fan install was that the break in smell of the unit caused the fire alarm to go off. Be careful of that unitl it breaks in.

I’m very happy with this unit. I purchased their thermostat separately and mounted it across the room; this unit is working well. NOTE: it is not fully “baked” at the factory so it may smoke and smell bad for a few hours. Mine stunk, so have good ventilation when you first run it; been fine since.
