I am loving my new range. Cooking with it is a pleasure and it adds such a beautiful aesthetic to our kitchen. The knobs/controls feel nice to the touch and having 6 gas burners is a game changer. I’m only beginning to tap into the oven capabilities, though I have roasted several chickens, baked some rolls and used the broiler a couple times. My only complaint is that the smallest burners are almost too big for my smallest pans. I have to use the simmer burner for those and I wish I had at least one more simmer option - for when I need to use multiple small pans - or that a couple of the burners were narrower for smaller pans. We don’t use a microwave and we eat pretty clean, cooking mostly from scratch, so our range is being used every meal for either cooking or reheating leftovers. Even on the lowest setting, the burners are pretty hot and heat up food quickly. I wish there was greater ability to keep things at a lower heat. I’m finding things heat up too quickly and I have to babysit them more than I’d like or they will burn. It’s not just warming the food, it’s cooking it. For the price tag I would have expected more control over the heat. Fine cooking is not about blasting food with crazy amounts of heat, it requires the ability to use small amounts of heat over a longer period of time, something I’m finding nearly impossible with the range on this thing. When I am cooking multiple dishes/sides I often end up having to turn one of them completely off and reheat it when the rest of the meal is ready because the lowest setting is continuing to cook it instead of just keeping it warm. The knobs go from “Lo, 1, 2, 3…..9, Hi” and I think the hottest I’ve ever used for normal sautéing is 5 or 6 when I’m in a hurry and maybe 8 for deep frying French Fries. If you are a foodie and cook with a lot of low/gentle heat, this might be a dealbreaker for you. I really wanted a 36” range with 6 burners and a large oven capacity (I roast a large turkey every Thanksgiving for our extended family get together), and this seemed like the best bang for our buck. Other brands were either obscure with uncertain reliability/customer service or twice as expensive and I just couldn’t justify that. Had I known about the high heat issue I don’t know what I would have done. It’s actually really hard to find a 36” range with all of the features you want if you are looking for something super specific. I think we probably would have gone with this range anyway, for the price tag and the reliability of the brand and ease of getting customer service. I’m sure that over time I’ll get used to the heat and figure out how to get the most out of this range and make it work for me too.

I have read so many reviews and was kind of scared of the money wise of this appliance! But let me tell you just go ahead and buy it! Top Notch in everything! Wouldn’t change my mind the only defect is that if you have a propane tank instead of natural gas make sure the professionals that install know what they are doing. The people my contractor hired messed up my burners small duds when changed it to propane and had to completely order new small duds. Other than that best decision ever!

This product is unbelievable. I previously had a "high end" Z-Line industrial range, and this blows it out of the competition. Very high tech, even cooking, and pleasant to look at. I can't recommend this enough!

I deliberated over this stove for a long time, ultimately I felt it provided a lot of value over some of the pricier big names. The multiple burners offer all I could ever need. The oven is excellent with no cold spots. The air fry function is ok, I wouldn’t say it is as effective as a stand alone unit. Where I am disappointed is the lack of the griddle, to have to buy it as an extra seemed opportunistic.

Great overall product. Large capacity and even cooking. No self cleaning option which is why it lost a star, but does have a nice proof feature.

Love it couldn’t wait for it. The first time in a long time time rib came out perfect! The oven is so big I get two full cookie sheets and still room😌😁

We love this oven. Next step is Christmas dinner for the family.

We really love our new Café conventional oven and six burner cooktop stove. After 25 years of use of our old stove from Sears, this new stove is an heirloom for our children. So many new innovations in this stove, its difficult to list them all.

Beautiful 36” all gas he cafe range, cooks great, but budget for gas oven service call at just over 1 year after installation. I’m hoping is just an igniter. If you love the cafe look, like we do, buy dual fuel. I’m that old where I expect top shelf appliance to last at least 5 years

This gas stove is amazing if your looking for a stove this is the one you need in your kitchen - I bought all the cafe white appliance and it absolutely beautiful.

I am an owner builder - I bought all Cafe appliances for my new custom build, modern farmhouse kitchen style. It's absolutely gorgeous in person. I just had it connected and haven't cooked on it yet, but our gas tech kept telling me how nice it was! I built my entire house by reading reviews and looking a pictures from owners, that is why I shared, so I can help someone else.

We put the Cafe 36 gas range into our new build. I have been using it for a little over 2 months. It works great! It baked a little high, but has a feature to lower the degrees. You can put 2 baking sheets on the same rack! The stove grates come off and it is easy to clean. I haven't found any cons thus far.

Have been using this range now for 3 months. Not only is it beautiful, the functionality is top notch. I do not know how I have ever used a standard 30inch range after cooking on a 36inch. The oven heats up so good. The racks do ‘settle’ and make a random noise every time we preheat the oven. It’s a fairly loud noise, we are not exactly sure why it does it? Anyways, lots of space, cooks really well, and it’s easy to clean!

We love this 36 and range and all the space and features it has. We also love that it is a smart appliance and you can preheat the oven just before you get home after a long day of work.

We love our new Cafe 36” Professional All Gas Range. Who knew a self cleaning oven was possible on an all gas range? I didn’t until now. I also love that the unit has a built in temperature probe for roasts and an air fryer. I truly love these options.

We are definitely cooking with gas on this beautiful Cafe stove. We love the multi functional stove top burners. We can cook faster and more evenly on the multi-ring burner. We especially love the burner grate shape that holds our wok perfectly!! The range accommodates many different sizes of baking dishes easily. We love the ease to change the rack positions. I especially enjoy the ease of the glide rack because I have shoulder pain.

It’s gorgeous. I bought the black stainless. I get so many compliments and it performs well for me. Haven’t had any issues with the burners or the oven. Well made. Easy to use.

My son and I wanted a commercial grade range for long time. We enjoy cooking on it. We do cook a lot. Very happy with our purchase. I really like my stir fry/wok burner. I purchase the range in Jan. 2023 and the one of the knobs broke after 10 days. GE did replace the knob, no charge, didn't like that
