Brand new doesn't work
Prior remote worked till it stopped even after replacing the battery. Then bought brand new one within the last 24 hrs at the local well known hardware store. Followed the instructions exactly and after multiple attempts it never sync'd & never opened the door. Recommending to not purchase this product.

Replaced the same type. Easy to sync with the opener. Just read the instructions!

Use to work
Bought one of these units a couple years back. Worked consistently until recently. It stopped working so thought it needed a new battery. Put one in and still nothing. Then re-programmed it. It worked twice and then stopped working again. Now this has happened three times. It only belongs in the trash now!

I could not figure it out with provided instructions. Opener did not click, blink or activate in step 3. I had to solely look at Radio Indicator red light above Learn button. When pressing number of times indicated on chart, red light blinked when initially being pressed then stayed on after the 6th remote button press. Then I followed steps 4 and 5. Step 5 press remote button twice (1st press turned red light off, and 2nd press activates door. Hope this helps!

Double clicks about 90 percent of the time
Hit the button once and it raises the door 4 inches and stops. When closing it lowers the door 4 inches and stops. For some reason it is transmitting twice when I only hit the button once. Absolute garbage that never worked properly.
