Grill is deteiorating from the inside out. No relief from Charbroil a complete waste of money.

We love our new grill. It was quite a project to put it together, but well worth it.

I bought this end of last winter and it's great. No hot spots, excellent heat, easy to clean, easy to add wood chips. I highly recommend it. Steaks, wings, burgers, pork shoulder, ribs... all good. I did have to learn to cook a little differently... less time attending to problems. No flame ups, not one.

This is a great grill. I didn't think I would like the infrared feature but it cooks so evenly and with NO flare ups, no matter what kind of dressings you use on your food. It get's extremely hot so cooking steaks is no problem.

we cook a lot of chicken and with my old grill i had to stand by with a water bottle to stop flame ups. the way the char-broil grill is made it will not flame up while cooking

Awesome product. Absolutely NO flare ups!!! Cooks quicker and seals in the juices making for a tastier steak, chicken or burger!

I bought this about a year ago. It has a almost uniform cooking surface not hot spots. I like using the using the bowls under the girls for holding wood chips for a little smoke flavors the griddle and side burner are great I wouldn't own an other propane bbq

Bought as a replacement to my Charbroil Commercial Series that I cooked on so much that I wore it out. Love the Inferred cooking over the traditional gas grills because you have a wider temperature range to work with. Like being able to crank up the heat for steaks and dial it back for a brisket.. Very easy to clean after your done also. Just crank up the heat and close the lid until it quits smoking and cool it down to brush off the ash. Love the Inferred so much that I also bought the oiless turkey fryer. Never had a more fuicy bird sitting on the Thanksgiving table. Great job Charbroil. Keep it up

Best grill I've ever owned! Love the infrared cooking. Great smoker too.

Love it. Some parts are way too cheap. The ignition button broke off the first week.

Works great for slow cooking but doesn't give those great grill marks.

I bought this grill two years ago and is in great shape. The Infrared heating is great and you still get searing marks. Very little cold spots.

This grill provides plenty of heat - indirect heat that is easy to control. With different approaches you can do chicken, steak, BBQ pork, smoking while roasting... I am fortunate that I was able to buy this one already assembled - used it a few minutes after getting home.

Nice product will continue to buy from Charbroil in the future.

Food cooks very evenly, nothing will really burn if you monitor. Recommend the infrared grilling method.

Grates and emitters will rust in less than a year, bad product. when you call support, they can't help you.

Easy to assemble. Fired it up and by the time I got back with my supplies it was 500+ degrees. The design with the pans ensures there's no way to have flame ups - absolutely awesome. Clean up will be easy. Now, will it stand the test of time?....

Easy to put together he uses it almost every night.

The grill works great once you get used to IR instead of flame (less browning). But the electric ignitor in mine needed a new battery in 6 months and stopped working in less than 9 months. Unlike traditional flame BBQs there is no access to the flame from the outside because of the IR heating plate, so it is very hard (i.e., you have to take it apart) to light it with a match.

The TruInfraRed works great. The grill surface heats evenly and lets me cook at higher temperatures to lock in the flavor. The drip pan keeps the grease and drippings off the burners prolonging the life of the burner. I purchased this gas grill at a model closeout price ($200 off regular price) and am very satisfied.

Had ours for three years which we cook an average two times a week year round. We replaced the starter twice and finaly quit using it because it broke again. We had to replaced the trays which rusted out at our cost. The second year the frame work which holds the trays rusted out which we welded parts to keep it operating. The final death of the BBQ was the framework holding the burners rusted.

I really like this grill. Cooks like a dream. The cooking is very even and the temp is easy to control. I get a perfect end to what ever I have cooked.

I like this grill for several reasons. Easy to clean. No dripping on to the burners. The only complaint I had with this is that it did not work on a very cold day, less than 30 degrees F. migth had even been less than that. don't know where the problem was but it worked great the other day in 40 degree weather. ???

I purchase this product for a family celebration and everybody enjoy the meal .it was cooked perfect specially the meat was well done juicy and tasty This is the best grill I got in years!!!

My husband and I are glad we purchased our Infrared grill in 2013. It cooks our food evenly and faster than our old standard gas grill. The clean up is a little easier as well with the pan directly under the cooking area. And, we financed the grill over 18 months at 0% interest so I only pay a small amount each month. Now, I need to find a cover for the grill to protect it from rain, snow, etc. Thank you, Deb.

I did quite a bit of research on the infrared grills prior to purchasing. I love this grill so far. This grill has zero flare ups and cooks everything I have put on it so far. I have only had it for a few months so I cannot speak on its durability yet. I do recommend this grill based on how it works for me.
