I bought these to use as chair leg tips for my patio furniture because they were the same diameter as the cups on the chair legs. I don’t know how well they work as a plumbing part but they make great chair leg tips! Used a mallet to drive them into the cups. Way better than the factory ones that kept falling off and wore out quickly on brick surfaces. These are probably going to last the life of the furniture.

It was one piece of 4 pieces I used to make a removable leg for a raised platform is my wife's work van. This cap was screwed to the 5/8' particle board platform and a threaded coupler screws into the cap. The leg slides into the other end of the coupler and the other end of the leg gets a non threaded cap. None of the pieces are glued which allows the length of the legs to be changed, if needed in the future to accommodate taller plants in the future. All pieces are Schedule 40 so they are strong. In all, I made 6 of the removable legs that were attached to the bottom of the 5/8" sheet of particle board. This allows her to load two layers of flats of annuals for her landscape business. Because the legs are removable it saves space storing the platform til next Spring when she will use it again. These pieces made the project simple to build, flexible and strong. She has already used it several times this season and it saves her multiple trips during her busy planting season.

Needed to cap off my lake irrigation pump so critters wouldn’t get the inlet.

I usually grab a couple of these to keep on hand if I need to cap off a sprinkler or circuit temporarily.

Worked just as described! A little pricey though.

This cap has ridges on it that make it easier for installing it and removing it. Much nicer than the old style rounded caps.

It is great to temporarily to cancel flow of water in area without shrubs.
