We’ve been living out of moving boxes while waiting for replacement pieces to arrive. We were told by Martha Stewart that we’d have them 4 days later. Its been almost 2 weeks.

One panel arrived cracked. We had to brace it. The openings between the drawers on the front and the cabinet frame didn't match up, thus leaving a gap. To eliminate it, we bought single shelves at Home Depot that were close to the right size but not exactly the same. (Of course!) Once the shelves were installed the gaps didn't show. Further, since the weight of the cabinets hangs on only two cleats, we bought angle hardware to affix the cabinets to the wall studs. The cabinet kits come with mini-packets of glue which we had to replace with "real' glue that we bought at our local hardware store. We buy from Home Depot often. As experienced do-it-yourself people, we like the price and convenience. But we will never buy cabinetry from them online again. The risk and frustration are too great. No one at Home Depot knows about the Martha Stewart products which we could ONLY buy at Home Depot and the support staff at Martha Stewart couldn't answer questions about the product.

This was purchased as part of a whole closet system. The unit as intended is fine. However if buying with other configurations, the instructions are of little use. The online videos helped a little. Installation takes careful layout and planning.

Zero instructions. So scratched upon arrival.

Easy to install. Looks like closet systems installed by one of the big named companies, but for way less the cost. One piece arrived damaged and one missing bar. Sent email and was contacted within a few hours. Missing and replacement were shipped immediately. Looking forward to doing the walking closet now.

Instructions poor Poles are painted, not chrome. This was not apparent when ordering. Had to cut all shelves. Price is based on this, so not too much of a complaint. Can't have continuous top shelf, no hardware to connect shelves togetherat the same height. Overall not too bad for the price

The face of the drawers are poorly held in place by two small screws, and the screws have to be aligned perfectly otherwise the drawer appears crooked

Pieces damaged, parts broke when putting together and we had to go to store to buy more, sent wrong color screw covers.

The material is of good quality. Drawers must be assembled but fit nicely and have sturdy rails

It was a multi section kit. Only came with instructions for the center unit. There was no way to attach the top shelves so that they all lined up like in the design. I would not order this again.

I am so happy with our new closet. The best part about the MS system is the design tool on the website. If you put your measurements in exactly, the tool helps you design exactly what you can put in your space. Our space was on the smaller side and the design tool helped us maximize that space. I really love that it was easy to use, allowed me to print pictures of what it would look like, print lists and linked me straight to order all that I needed. Our closet took two people about 12 hours to put together, so plan on setting time aside to get this installed- It is, after all, DIY. That said, we LOVE the end result. We especially love the drawers. They go together intuitively and look great and slide perfectly. I would definitely recommend adding them to your closet design.

Excellent product. Second time I’ve bought this kit and loved it both times.

Easy to put together but a little confusing since the boxes did not match my design. I had all the pieces but had to mix match boxes to build my design.

Easy to assemble...perfect for our laundry room reno. Seems very durable.

The unit is fairly sturdy and easy to assemble, but I felt they needed to provide more wall toggles for the track and I feel they need to include a stabilization board between each vertical panel. I drilled and screwed things together to provide a more secure installation.

Did not know it hung on the wall instead of having a back on it. Returning, not stable, and only holds 35lbs, also not stated until you get the instructions to assemble. Disappointed.
