Nice closet upgrade. The width of this closet was 117”. If your closet isn’t 120”be prepared to cut boards and saw metal rods to fit. No issues with the directions.

We purchased 3 different units for our closet. It would have been 5 stars had the instructions been better. Basically received a pallet of boxes without description of contents. Had to lay all out and identify parts that were not labeled as we began to build. Instructions were universal which made it frustrating. Once complete we love the outcome.

Product comes in plain boxes with no labels. I ordered multiple units so a total of 20 boxes and no clue which parts were intended for each unit. Had to open each box, separate all the pieces and work from scratch. Instructions came in a booklet that was general to 5 different modular organizer systems, not very helpful! The drawers were tedious to build requiring templates to install the tracks! Overall nice product for the money, but would not recommend for the average person to assemble.

I bought two systems to get the setup I wanted. The instructions were ok. Not too bad to put together. I love the end result.

Great buy, turned a bedroom into a closet, looks very nice

This closet system was relatively easy to install. The critical thing is making sure the metal supports are placed square on the wall and supported by wood studs across the full width of the closet system. The only con is that the hole placement for the clothes rods are not in the best place. I had to locate and drill new holes for the supports so that the hanging clothes were not sticking out so far in our closet, but otherwise this closet system is excellent for our walk-in closet.

Awesome system! Way better than closet maid systems we’ve used in the past. This unit was cut down to fit an 8ft wide closet and this was super simple to do!

We are very pleased with the product, but the directions are incorrect. The shelf above the drawers, is in the wrong location by the directions (see pictures). The wood brace that goes under the shelf for support would keep the top drawer from closing all the way (see picture). I made a spacer to add above the top drawer from the extra parts (see picture). I had bought another unit to go on another wall in the same closet. Other than the issues with the directions, which is why I gave it 3 stars, we are happy with how everything turn out.

This kit takes some time and requires pre-planning. My closet was 104” long and worked great. Had to trim two shelves and one hanger bar as planned. I chose to flip the ends which worked best in our situation. I added one 4 in drawer kit and two more shelves. I measured and installed a usb “C” outlet conveniently located over a shelf in the middle unit for the new iPad charging. I Cant say enough for the forethought snd engineering that went into shipping the pieces in an easy to follow kit fashion . All arrived undamaged by UPS. I would suggest download and print the kit instructions off Homedepot site beforehand as and do your homework. Good luck.

Great closet system. Make sure your measurements are correct!

You will need to have some tools and experience working with materials to install this closet system. We bought two and they turned out great. Some ingenuity required to fit your needs.

I bought this dual closet system along with additional shelvingfor shoes. It was just what I needed to upgrade my myster closet. Got it on sale at 809.00 each. Then it was reduced to 759.00 each and Home Depot adjusted the cost and credited my account. With the adjustment and military discount i got the dual systems for 668.00. I installed it myself which took me 3 days to complete. Only because I'm a perfectionist and took my time however it turned out beautifully.

Absolutely great closet system! Easy enough to put together, a little time consuming. But sturdy and looks so nice! I had a couple of parts damaged in transport and the manufacturer replaced it without any issues. Cannot recommend it enough. Love my new closet space!

Excellent choice,,well designed

We absolutely LOVE our closets. We’ve had them almost a year with no issues. It’s a game changer. We no longer live out of the laundry room. We can find things and we are organized. We had to do a little trimming on each side to make it fit (old house), but it was a breeze. I put my shoe rack on the left, & my husband opted for no shoe rack. Very versatile. The drawers are my favorite. They are sturdy and glide beautifully. I am here to buy two more! Love!

I bought this for my sons closet since most of his stuff was on the floor. Out of the 7 boxes, only one large panel was broken. I called Stow customer service and they shipped a new panel out right away. I have to admit I was stressed about putting this up. First, I put up the middle parts that couldn't be cut and positioned them in the closet where I wanted. Then I measured and cut one side of the shelves and rack. Finally, I did the same for the other side. I took my time and it turned out amazing.

These are great professional grade closets for the DIY-er. I bought two. The first one took me six hours to complete. The second one only took four. I will be looking to complete our other closets using existing systems by this manufacturer.

Cheap press board, should be $350.00, don't recommend.

I can't say enough about how much I fell in love with this product. The on-line design center made it very easy to visualize the layout and different products. The 39 boxes & 700 hundred pounds of material arrived in perfect condition at Home Depot. Install took two solid days but was very easy. The modular system makes the install process very perdictable. I had more than enough hardware provided in each kit. The only fussy piece was using the template for the drawer guides, which were not pre-dilled. I had 13 drawers in my layout but was able to use the same template on each drawer, which made that piece nice. Overall, the drawers were very easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this system to anyone wanting a do-it-yourself project, that provides immediate value to your home.

Although we had to make several adjustments this was fairly easy to install and it looks great.

Had the wire closet when I moved into my new home.(hated it) I could never utilize all the space I actually have in my closet. Decided to buy this closet organizer and try it on one side first. Love it. I will be buying the kit for the other side. My husband and I put it together. I think it looks like a custom closet.

We love the closet system, installed in about 3 hours per system with no issues at all. The Expresso color looks great in standard white painted closets. We installed 4 closet systems in total with (19) drawers. This system replaced wire type system. I like how the clothes are now grouped and organized between my wife and I. I used wood-working clamps to gently close the drawer boxes together at the dowel joints and made a simple drill guide to use to mount the drawer slides to the drawer sides. The pictures are in middle of remodeling project (no carpet). I wanted a system that did not touch the floor so that future flooring changes did not require removal.
