It would have helped had I not rushed into buying something smaller than I needed or anticipated. I’d been looking at so many and then clicked on and purchased one that was half the size I needed. I’m still using it. There is always a place for things like this. It is no ones’ fault but mine. It is really quite cute. Delivered quickly, and assembled with only a few trials.

This is just a basic functional organizer. We're using it for shoes. I'll have to say that it certainly isn't an expensive piece and that's reflected in the quality. It's the typical fiber-board construction and the back panel is basically a piece of heavy cardboard. I discarded the cardboard back panel and cut a piece of 1/8 plywood to make the back panel. This made the piece much more sturdy. I did not use the included mounting system but it looked like a good, strong system.

Easy to assemble, good size, exactly what I wanted.

We were moving the piece to our closet and the unit fell apart. The cam posts and locks did not hold the top and bottom pieces together and it all tore apart. NOTHING is salvageable. Inserts provided NO structural integrity. We will not be buying any of your Closet Systems again. There is no mention that this unit MUST be mounted to the railing system. We'd planned on setting it on the floor of the closet and then putting one of the 2 shelf unites on top. Don't waist you money!!!

The closetmaid wood look 9-cube organizer looks good in my closet. I hadn't planned on storing shoes in them because I was expecting the sections to be a little wider but I will make use of them. Over all I am satisfied.

This organizer is sturdy and looks good, and was easy to assemble.

The boxes are larger than most shoe cubbies. Much easier to fit shoes inside

I don't use it for shoes. I put socks, footie, evening purses, my cat took one hole, memory box and hankies.

Instructions and assembly literally say to build it backwards (what they indicate is the left hook literally needs to go on the right). Also the insert for the middle was made backwards - the painted front edge is on the side with the slits. So you either have slits in the front with painted edges, or raw edges with slits in correct place. We chose raw edge and it’s a bit annoying. Finally the width of the unit is slightly different than the sliding drawers from closet maid so they do not stack on top of each other and make for an inefficient closet. These seem like avoidable, sloppy errors.

Easy to read instructions and letter-sticker pieces helped me to assemble this easily. It is working well as an organizer at the bottom of my coat closet for winter hats, gloves, etc.

Extremely late! However, I did get a discount but the product is made wrong. Someone painted the wrong side so the unfinished shelving shows. Very disappointed!

The exterior frame is fairly stable and looks nice. The interior dividers are very lightweight therefore can’t hold much weight. It can be used for shoes or items such as that. It depends on what you are interested in storing but overall looks nice

This organizer is not very nice and would not be suited for a woman's closet. Too small for a pair of woman's sneakers. The covering is cheap and poorly applied. mine was damaged and re-glued. I had bought two and the ones I received had the dividers (that are not fixed) were painted along the wrong edge. The back is very flimsy and the sides easily split when tightening the screws. These will go in the garage once I find a decent replacement.

Just what I needed to keep my shoes off of the floor!

A few holes weren’t drilled on one of the items. Thankfully I have a handy husband that could do that.

Purchased the 9 slot organizer as an add on to two complete kits for our large master bedroom closet. Two of them jang together in the closet and provide plenty of shoe storage.
