Pros: colour is nice, somewhat easy to assemble. Can easily be used in different sizes and shapes of closets. Cons: small metal bits break easily and extras aren’t included. You must buy shelves for top separately. We opted to leave ours open and not incur the cost.

Although I had to wait 3+ months for them to actually start making it, It was EXACTLY what I wanted when I found it. It is just about the ONLY product like it. AND I needed TWO of them for a ratty old set of closets. Gave me TWICE the rod room also.

Assembly was easy with good instructions, I did break one of the cam locks but just added a couple of screws. Seems sturdy, I have a second unit that I will be installing in my front closet.

I purchased the 25" wood corner closet tower which was delivered without any of the hardware required to assemble the product. Ames, the parent company of ClosetMaid, was indifferent to the problem this caused and after 2 weeks I still don't know if I'm ever getting the hardware needed to assemble the unit. Further, the quality of the particleboard seems to have decrease (probably to cut costs) and this unit does not seem at all durable or sturdy. I would not recommend ClosetMaid products.

When you lift the pieces to move the towers there is a good chance the plastic cams will pop out the bottom of each shelf.

Very sturdy and holds a lot of my closet items. Recommend

About what I expected. Overpriced like everything else.

After receiving a shelf that was misaligned, I contacted the manufacturer as stated for defects. They are conveniently "out" of the product and directed me to HD - who can't help because I guess they don't really value my business. I wish I had never heard of Closetmaid.

It was just what I expected. I was able to customize it to my two closets. The closets are more efficient than before. Gained functional space. Assembly was was easy

A good solid unit, easy to build

Package of screws for rod brackets are missing. Both short screws and long screws with anchors.

Loved all of the storage this added.

Bought two of these corner shelf units and they are perfect fit.

Easy to assemble. I wished it comes to little cut to fit perfectly by baseboard

Exactly what I wanted

I really love my closet. I did it myself and changed out the ceiling light. It looks great.

The piece itself is fine. But dealing with ordering is something else.

Ok to assemble. It not very good/sturdy material. Even a little bump and the side chipped. We’ll see how it lasts over time, but was expecting a little better quality for the price.
