You may want to try adjusting your heater to the highest heat setting. Also, ensure you heater is at least 3 feet from a wall or any furniture, as the heat reflected back may effect the sensor measuring the temperature of the room. Warmed up small front room nicely. It starts out really loud then when it warms up goes to loud, turn up tv volume. Also why do they come preprogrammed temps, 65, 70 75, what if someone wants 68 or 72?

This little thing puts out some good heat. I saw some other reviews talking about how loud it is. It's a little loud when you first start it but then it quiets down once it heats up a bit. The fan might be a little loud for an office setting, but really you're going to get that with any fan, and this isn't bad at all. I use mine in the garage though. It's a single car garage and this heats the space well. I would recommend it for garages and basements.
