Hi HomeDepotCustomer, All appliances, when plugged in will bleed some energy. This is often called "standby" electricity loss. I am pleased with this heater. It's very light...
I am pleased with this heater. It's very light weight (almost feels flimsy) and the built-in handle could be improved. The tip-over safety switch on the bottom of the heater is almost a bit too sensitive. It heats well, however, and the overall design is good.

Puts out great heat. It’s easy to operate. The one thing that I don’t like about the heater is when you move the heater, even slightly tilt it the heater shuts off and has to be reprogrammed. I understand it’s a safety mechanism but it’s entirely too sensitive
