I have used many of these boxes in he past. They work well and are excellent quality.

Needed to replace existing weatherproof outlet box for pool pump. This one fit the bill.

Basic outdoor single gang weatherproof box

The box itself is fine, the mounting ears are the weak link. The holes for the ear mounting screws are not threaded and the provided sheet metal screws are a pain to install because you are cutting threads into the metal box when you attach the mounting ears. The ears themselves are thin gauge stamped metal and once installed are not very robust. A better design would have had the mounting ears as part of the box casting.

Easy installation with provided wings and 2 covers.

Solid box, good quality and it looks great.
