I really enjoy cooking with this set, particularly the saute pan. However, it is so hard to keep it looking clean and shiny. The stainless dulls a lot and looks like there is food residue even when it is clean. One of my lids has dark spotted stains on the underside that I cannot get out no matter what I try. Other than the look of the cookware after using I am happy.

Great pans, heavy feel. Makes you feel like your cooking with authority. Use Bartenders Friend to get the best shine and clean.

Loving my new cookware set! Purchased for my remodeled kitchen to use on my new glass top stove. Following the easy care guide and they stay looking like brand new.

The cookware looks nice and cooks well but it’s impossible to clean the marks in the pots after cooking.

I recently switched to stainless steel cookware because of an aluminum allergy. I love the various sizes of pots and pans. They are very heavy and durable. Need a little patience and some strategy in cleaning them by hand though. Only use a plastic bristle hand-brush, dish soap to clean, then Bar Keepers to shine and polish, removing any discoloration. Only hand wash and hand dry.

The very first time we cooked on the saute pan, it stained a brown coloring that we can't get off. I was so excited to get this set and then was disappointed the first time we used it. We did not cook on high and followed all the cooking instructions and it still stained. I would like to get my money back and get something that doesn't stain the first time you use it.

Wonderful with induction stovetop! It looks fantastic and cooks with ease. Pots are also sturdy and solid and the food doesn't stick. Love them!

I've only used these pots and pans a short time but they are built well and heavy. They arrive with a mirror shine and are beautiful. I cook on gas and they do heat very well. Most of my cooking has been on burner settings 2-3 and it doesn't take long to cook, so heat distribution is very good just as advertised. I expect the bottoms to scratch a little as I slide them around on the cast iron grates and the inside bottom has a bit of a rainbow affect from my cooking but doesn't affect the performance. I always use a bit of oil and nothing sticks. Any food that didn't just wash right off, came off with a short soak. The lids are a beautiful mirror shine and seat perfectly on all pieces (great!) Who wants to pay $800+ for Allcad when you can buy this Multiclad set from Cuisinart. Plus the HD price with special offer was unbeatable. I would buy them again. Maybe I can give this a 2nd review in a year but so far I am happy;) I will take care of them and I bet they will take care of me.

Love them so far! I investigated so many brands for months and kept coming back to these. The reviews were the most consistent. I was worried about sticking,but followed the recommendations and they have not sticked. I do use a nonstick for eggs however. Barkeepers Friend for stainless works amazing in and around the pans to get them sparkling. Highly recommend!

They are beautiful and cook well. Some warm vinegar gets them back to shining after use. Made well and am glad I made this purchase.

Wonderful. My only complaint (very minor) is the inside rivet heads on the frying pans . A little hard to clean. I’m learning that medium low is perfect for all but a good sear and then I crank it up to medium! Overall I’m stoked. Will recommend. And get some “Barkeepers friend” to keep them pristine and display ready. Oh I love the metal lids a little hot to the touch (use a pot holder) but they’ll go to 500* in the oven just like the pans. Total win

We’ve had this set for almost two months and they work very well, cook evenly, and look great. Our only complaint is that cleaning them and keeping them looking good is not as easy as one is led to believe in their description. All things considered though, we are highly satisfied with our purchase. If you don’t mind soaking, hand washing and additional care, then this is the set for you.

After lots of research, I decided on the Cuisinart 12 piece tri-clad professional set for all its features and reasonable price point. It was a great purchase, description was true and accurate, and I love i!!! Heavy duty stainless steel, sturdy, stay cool handles, even heating all around, and my dishes come out fabulous. Would love if the lids were glass though. Other than that, I love it!

I bought these 3 months ago. Overall they are great for cooking, but no matter what I do, I can’t swem to get them clean. There’s a film left on them. I use Dawn and a sponge.

I bought this set a month ago. I love it as far as cooking things cook really well on it. I have been a fan of revere wear for years, recently I purchased an induction stove and they wouldn't work. I looked over multiple choices including all clad and found the cuisinart to be comparable in quality for substantially less. It is heavy heats evenly and has been a joy to cook with.

Brilliant, great looking. No problems after extended use except for a dark film on the deep frying pan handle after using in oven. Not sure what that is but otherwise no complaints. They’re holding up really well and still look great.

These pans are what I have dreamed of for so long. I had a set of Farberware that was 40 years old. I am over the moon with my new pans.. They cook evenly, no hot spots or cold spots either. The skillets brown everything beautifully. These are well made and will last for more years than I will be cooking. Love them.

The pots and pans are doing well with cooking but are more challenging to keep clean looking than expected. Even getting water marks off of the stainless is a challenge. I have only washed them by hand and have not yet placed them in the dishwasher, because I'm concerned that they will have cooking marks and have water spots, since I am having difficulty with the handwashng.

So far I’m really liking this pot set. I love the fact I know they are clean & not full of toxic chemicals like nonstick pots and pans are. It does take a little bit of learning to cook with them. But all in good, they are great.

We are very satisfied with this cookware. It is beautiful and even nicer looking than some more expensive cookware. It is also easy to maintain. Clean up has been very easy when following the normal instructions for this type of 3-ply stainless steel cookware. One thing that caused me to choose Cuisinart is that they offer a lot of different pieces so that we can enlarge our set as needed. A lot of other lines offer very little selection outside of the original set.

After having this set for a few months I can now say I love it. I only used nonstick before, but I’ll use these from now on. Wish it came with a larger skillet. I bought the 12” separately to complete the set.

Well made and well designed with a elegant look...

I chose these pans as my employee 15 year anniversary gift and I am so glad that I did. My husband and I have been talking about getting new pans for a while as our old pans have gotten bad. These pans conduct heat well and we get a more even cook on things. I would recommend these to anyone.

Pots and pans are well made and feel substantial. The lids seem to be much less substantial, but all in all, they are a good value. We have had Cuisinart pots and pans since the 1980’s and these meet our needs for our current situation.

Can’t go too wrong with stainless steel. They are a bit difficult to keep that polished clean look as every singe water mark , blemish shows up on them. Definitely glad to cook in a non toxic material without breaking the bank.

Best cookware I’ve ever owned! Not only does it look classy but when I cook nothing sticks to the bottom.
