This could be a five star product with the addition of a plastic or delrin washer. The handle is a little loose and has "play" or slop as it moves in and out a tiny bit. This does not affect the operation but the handle feels clunky and sounds clanky. I luckily had a delrin washer that fit perfectly except that it was a little thick so I sanded the thickness and it fits just snug enough to quiet and firm up the handle and loose enough to allow the handle to fall back the closed position. If Danco would include a washer like I describe, they would have a top notch product.

If you have a front flushing toilet, then this is the perfect handle for you!! Don't get scared reading all those negative reviews for DIYs that can't handle this simple task, you can do it. If not HD makes returns easy anyway.

After our tank lever broke we had to replace it with the exact same one. After some research, Home Depot was the cheapest and offered next day shipping which we needed. We received the product in time, it was made in mexico, and looked heavy, well wrapped and protected which gave us confidence it was a good product. Our plumber installed it in 5 minutes and did not seem to have any issues. We have been using it for the past 15 days and it works as well as the original. Tank Levers are heavily used so only time will tell how durable the product is but we are confident we bought a great and well made product.

I have basic instillation skills and it was pretty easy to install. It will instantly upgrade the look of your toilet. It feels like a nice quality for a tiny price. Well worth it.

Beautiful toilet handle

Easy to install quality product for a reasonable price. So hard to find polished brass anymore. I’ve been happy both times I purchased and installed this product and I am not necessarily a “handy” person.

Cool flush handle!!!

It gets the job done. Our handle broke & needed a new one. Works great.

I put this on my toilet and it has lots of play in it. It rattles back and forth, so I took it off and put 2 extra Orings that fit on the end of a garden hose and tightened it up and the loose rattle was gone and fixed and now works great. Other wise I would recommend this product.
