What a disappointment
A DeWalt? Never before have I bought a cutting instrument that was so dull. Certainly not a hatchet that right out of the guard was so dull it literally BOUNCED off the limbs, etc. that I was intending to cut. A stick of butter would likely feel very safe in its presence.
Hopefully, with a great deal of honing it will become a useful tool.
