battery doesn't charge
Got the 3ah battery as part of a promotion and was disappointed it did not even click into the charger it came with. Never had any other problems with other dewalt batteries though

Charger / Batteries Issue
Very disappointed. Twice I have had to order and return this product. I bought two tools (trimmers & leaf blower) to use with this battery/charge kit and I haven't been able to use them yet. I ordered this kit and charged the battery first as the instructions stated. OBTW the light went from blinking to solid right away. So I left on the charger for 3 hours anyways and then tried the battery. Well it worked for around 15 minutes! Then after putting on the charger again same thing right away it went from blinking to solid. Hasn't worked over 10 seconds since. This battery charger has issues! Either it wont charge the batteries, or the batteries wont take a charge. From the looks of it here on the reviews this is very common. I WOULD LIKE A WORKING SET PLEASE!!!

Battery Run Dead
I bought 2 5ah battery and it barely last and it need to constant charge. Very disappointment with dewalt. I thought it was been better.
