Was kind of annoying to assemble but overall is very comfortable and cute

Delivered other color than what is shown in the picture.

We bought this to keep in our downstairs bedroom which is also my office. I didn’t want a full size bed so this is a great alternative, it can be a bed for guests or sofa lounger. The quality of the sofa is good as well since it is firm and does not sag.

Wanted light gray but dark gray is what arrived. Also not nearly as comfy as I hoped, but is as comfy as I expected. Also, the allen screws are a terrible engineering decision. Way too long and way too many! They got me w/ the low price :)

I have a had a lot of these, that I use to sleep on….this one is made tough!

Poorly made, uncomfortable to sit on

it’s a hard surface to sleep in but it’s not like we want our house guests to stay forever, right?! my daughter has this in her library as she absolutely loves it to relax & read on. it came missing a bolt so we couldnt put on one of the front panels

Very nice futon. Fits nicely in smaller space

Sofa is good to sit for short time if we use for a long time we feel uncomfortable because the cushion are little hard

Although stylish, the padding is not very comfortable.

Obviously , this item did not go through quality control. After getting the item out of the box. which is terrible. I had to rip the box just to get the item out just to find out that there are a lot of missing parts (all the screws and legs).

Bad quality of the sitting part ( sinking down). Do not recommend to buy

Bought this futon for my home office. It does serve its purposes…looks food and I can sit on it. However i wouldnt let a guest sleep on it since it is not very comfy for sleeping. My husband said it was pretty easy to assemble with his drill

The futon is definitely not as pictured. Its more like a Heather blue than a gray at all, disappointed by that big time. VERY FIRM, makes me wonder is it going to squidh over time or just be firm. It's not a soft comfy couch, just a nice seat. Set up was harder than it needed to be due to the fact that the bolts didn't line up with some of the holes because of the way the fabric was melted for the screws. That and screwing into your brand new couch without any pilot holes for one bracket was more than a little unsettling. Needless to say it'll serve as an office couch as it was intended.

This futon looks fabulous just not as comfortable as I had hoped for.

Have had for about a month and here’s my breakdown- Main bolts are 6” long which you can feel on the outside of the armrests if touching closely. Assembly required a drill but be careful not to strip the allen heads as they are cheap bolts. Armrests are much smaller than expected. When top is laid down, the top cushions are significantly firmer. The cushion collapsed in a slant towards the middle, but thankfully my boyfriend was able to reach u underneath and get it back into position. We sat on some ikea futons yesterday and they still were not as wide or as comfortable as this one, were multiples components and $100-200 more. Overall it works for our purposes.

Putting it together definitely will take two people, and if you're not very handy you might want to skip the headache and hire someone. However, it isn't too difficult, and if you understand that its fairly decent quality for it's price point- definitely get it!! Not the most soft for sleeping, but you can always be creative add some blankets on top! Don't forget to add good felt pads on the feet if it's sitting on wooden floors!

The futon was very difficult to put together. The assembly was faulty. We had to put in new holes to make the screws fit properly. Awful.

It was cheap so when I had to chase all of the holes with a metric tap it wasn’t a big surprise. I had to grind the tips of the machine screws so they would start in the hole. Other than that it functioned fine once assembled.

When you sit down and back you can hear cardboard clicking. The cushion is VERY minimal. I paid $240, it should be lower in the $120 and lower

When extended, it tips when you lay on that side.
