This motor was a perfect fit for my cooler and works like a dream! I did not use the adjustable pulley that came with the kit, but instead used the original one I had. The clamps worked fine and were exactly like the original ones. Very pleased.

I bought the kit. Should have bought just the motor. Cable plug-end does not fit into any outlet sold in this city. The 2-speed frequently reverts to low speed only. No other brand of similar motors is available in this City, so not happy with product, but too hot to attempt further solutions until summer heat ends.

The cord was to short, needed to take off the cord from the old motor and install it on the new one. Installation was fairly easy.

Last one lasted 12 yrs. That’s roughly $15 a yr. Not bad for a motor that runs 24/7 during the summer months.

Broken and smoked when connected, had to return to store location and receive a PP refund. Was completed with out incident.

Over all a very good choice. My plumbing and heating suppliers could not beat the Home Depot price. At times it pays to shop Home Depot. I'm a plumbing and heating service contractor.

Motor works fine but the pulley was warped and caused belt to vibrate bad I had to remove stuck on pulley from old motor and install on new motor

The pulley had a chick knocked out of the side and was "Unusable". Called Customer Service and they were great.

Have to replace every year. Cheaply made, burn up quickly even with the pulley in the most open position. Total junk

Was a great thing ehen it was $350.00. But it costing $1,000.00 just for Parts is Insane.... Just Highway Robbery by our Lawmakers allowing this Corruption on our Economy/ Country.

As soon as we plugged into the swamp cooler it started smoking and burnt out

The description fails to mention that the plug is a strange four-pronged deal that I have never seen before. It IS in the photo but I wasn’t alerted to look there closely.

Changed our last motor out back in June with this one. Now the bearings are already getting rough, evidently poor quality bearings or insufficient lubrication, just low quality Asian junk. Try to find a USA replacement.
