Excellent. Grass seed grew great. i was concerned at first because it took almost 2 weeks to germinate.

After two weeks, seeds still not germinate

Grass is growing and looks nice. Used on my established lawn to overseed and fill in where I had pulled out large dandelion weeds. Happy with the product. Would like to see this sold in my local store rather than online only.

Excellent seed. I actually have grass growing I'm so happy with the product.

Water the heck out of it for 4 weeks and bam grades everywhere....I have semi dense shading.

Grow fast and light green color.

I tried so many big brands and all grow but died after a while, I tried this with not big hopes but grew and stayed strong even in winter, I recommend this grass.

I'm wondering how this grass seed got so many five star ratings. I've never had problems with growing grass from seed (which I've done several times), but after I followed the instructions to the very letter and reseeded the area three times, only a couple of blades came up. The only thing I can think of that went wrong is that I planted it in the shade and this seed won't grow in the shade. So . . . that means back to the store for me to find decent seed that will grow in the shade, and I'll be planting lawn for the fourth time in twelve months.

This was the best grass seed that I have planted in quite sometime. The planted instructions were followed and the grass sprouted in about ten days. I plan to purchase about 25 additional pounds for the spring

I think each store should sell the 5# bad of tall fescue. Ordering and waiting was longer than I liked. The Store set up to pick up was fine. Personnel were very helpful.

I planted this seed about 2.5 weeks ago, it's coming along but slowly. It has grown about 2 inches in that time but not fully fill in. Like razor stubble. Not sure if i recommend this higher than 3.5 for now

I planted the seeds and about a week I saw grass sprouting and now it's been 2 1/2 weeks and the grass is really coming up. I would recommend this product to others. I'm satisfied with the results so far. I'm looking forward to the spring and summer months.

I have tried almost every name brand of seeds out there These are the only ones that have worked. I raked the yard, layed the seeds, watered for a week... viola!

Ours apparently had "Clovers" in it. Our landscapers started in September killing everything in our backyard, tilling, spreading the seed and topping it with an organic soil bought from a Nursery and Clovers were the first to grow. Doing research, found Clovers are good for the soil but attract bees, so if you are allergic it's not a good thing, which is our case. So now, in the spring we have more work to do to get rid of the Clovers. Gave it 3 stars because we do have grass growing as well.

After a lot of research and positive comments from users, I elected to use Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue. It started germinatiing is a very short time. So much better than any of the so-called Northwest Sun and Shade seeds sold under different brand names.

The grass seed was very good and came up in 7 days. I would appreciate Home Depot stocking this in their stores as it was better than Scotts and less expensive

This seed germinates quickly, has even coverage, and is beautifully uniform with a deep, green color. No fertilizer used, either.

I can't really say for sure yet how good the product is but, it was shipped fast to my local store, pick up was easy as always. I've overseeded and watered so now time to see how it grows. Should know more in a week. Seed has only been down for a week.

Followed the directions on the bags to a tee and after seeding about 800 sq ft with two 5 lbs bags of seed not one new blade of grass appeared after 15 days. I'm in South Florida and the temps have been 70 and above. Made sure I watered and followed the directions but nothing. Seeded in the second week of Sept and here it is the first week in Oct and nothing, nada. Was a waste of money, water and time.

Less then 10days grass grow more than 3inchs. I am more than happy with this product.

Glad I was able to seed before the Fall. Already sprouting. Should look lush in Spring
