Though each slight panel had a bow to them, I had no problem running a staggered pattern. No problems were encountered with the manufactured tongued and grooved slots.

DRICORE Subfloor Membrane Panel are very good product. They work very well on my basement floor. I recommend this product to anyone who like to cover the floor for leaks protection. thank you and keep up the good work.

It's still a good product. Pretty surprising, though, how much thinner and less sturdy they've made it since I first used it 14 years ago.

It’s easy to put down. However, 10 years ago when I bought it at another time, it was three-quarter inch real plywood. This MDX bored is OK but it flakes too much and I don’t give you a really really smooth finished at the joints. I was able to put a good quality vinyl Pergo floor on it and it looks fantastic. This is a good project to keep moisture off any kind of flooring, but 10 years ago it was better quality I would highly recommend this if you have water in the basement or for any basement just to be sure he keeps all the moisture where it needs to be on the bottom .

Why bother with the plastic bottom is the seams don't even touch, making it virtually useless for even vapor barrier, have also not seen a single degree change from the so called thermal break it's supposed to provide.

Easy to install just a lot of cutting.

Perfect for the basement storage space and under the stairs.

This stuff is pretty cool. As indicated, was able to install a 264 sq ft room in fairly quickly 3-4 hours. Applied 3/4 inch OSB above it for added insulation value. Laid the floor. Worked out better than I imagined. I highly recommend this stuff if you have concerns of moisture in your garage floor for instance.

I used ~1200 sq feet of Dri-core in four rooms in my daylight basement remodel, removing old carpet on concrete and replace with Dri-core and new carpet/pad on top. Install is super easy once you have the edge laid out, the tiles in the middle simply slot together as it is T&G. Took ~3weeks off and on due to flu season and moving furniture around.

I had this installed as an underlayment under floating floors. No water. But some humidity. Humidifier runs when needed. It seems this floor actually locks in the water. I pulled up. No water under these. But saturated over. Very confusing as this is exactly sold for this reason. Says lasts 25 yrs. Not so

I bought this product in 2006 and it was a ROCK SOLID product with 5/8" OSB. I recently did a remodel where I needed to add a few panels to the original 2006 floor. The product is NOT the same. The OSB is thinner and the black backing is different. I had to remove the 2006 floor and replace with this newer version. We used the DriCore shims. The old floor had no shims and was solid. The new floor (even with shims) flexes. I'm afraid to use the LVP flooring now because of the flexing.

Met my needs, easy to cut and install.

Quick and easy flooring, be advised they are not exactly 2ftx2ft but by the time you do a whole floor it doesn't matter as the sizing is consistent and you will easily need to cut down the final corner of a room anyways

This stuff is awesome, and very easy to work with

Great product, with a fairly easy install process. It really gives a cold basement floor the warmer feel of the rest of a wood framed house. I believe it is worth the extra time and cost for the benefits it will add to your final product.

they are ok they are much lighter, but the quality is not like they used to be it is made with cheaper material. thus, it flakes and does not have a smooth top.

Good product! I had my contractor to get this installed in my basement just to realize later that I could have installed it myself. Anyway, even though there may be more affordable types of subfloors for basements, the dricore panels are DYI friendly and in general is a good product.

Easy to install - creates a good sub floor

No issues, cuts easy with a hand rotatory or skill saw.
