Fairly easy to install. I purchased 2 to replace old units and did the install myself with few modifications. The units perform well and pull moisture out with ease. A great improvement over the replaced units.

I just installed this in my bathroom and it works wonderful comes on automatic when it senses humidity and takes it out no more foggy mirror going to get another one for a room I have in the basement and I have to run a dehumidifier 24/7 because I have ground water down there so we will see if it works down there also

Quiet on low speed but can hear fans running when you turn to maximum speed.

Wasn't a good experience with the fan. Installed it hooked up the electric and vent hose in the attic then turned it on to find out that the fan was defective and made noise as it it turned. Checked everything out to find out that it needed to be removed, which meant another trip to the attic and take everything apart. A lot of time for nothing. So final result is I do not recommend this product.

Installed this a few weeks ago as a replacement for the original builder installed 50cfm unit that didn’t seem to be doing much of anything. No more fogged up mirrors and I just leave the switch on so it is in sensing mode. Nice quiet unit. Highly recommend it.

Works as described; easy to flip switch to change settings. Runs very quietly; small LED light helps to avoid leaving fan running long-term.

Was installed as a replacement for an older unit original to the house. This unit is larger in air flow but significantly quieter. The humidity sensor works very well so far but I'll be interested to see how it does in more humid months.

This replaces one of the same model that was installed more than 10 years ago. It is in a cellar to reduce the humidity, and when the other one wore out we had water drops all over the ceiling. It took a few days, and the drops are all gone. The humidity is not yet low enough for the fan to turn off, but it will get there. It works just as it should.

Great, quite, exhaust Fan!!!

The fan wields perfectly for a 10 x 12 room. We originally had an undersized fan that could not keep up. Now we rarely see any stream build up and we have seen less mildew. Excellent choice.

Very quiet, I like that the speed ramps down as the humidity level drops.

Fan works well enough but install is a real pain. The mounting brackets included only work for new construction and not replacing an existing fan, so you have install pieces of wood to the joists to properly mount this thing.

This exhaust seemed to be of high quality, but being the inexperienced dope that I am, failed to realize how tall this product is. This will NOT fit within a 2x6 lumber ceiling :). For those of you who are attempting to install an exhaust within your basement or those who have no attic overhead, choose a "SLIM" fitted exhaust fan. Great service by Home Depot <3

Easy to install, quiet, and the humidity detection makes this a real winner!

Installation was simple and straightforward. The fan is extremely quiet, and the LED indicator is very handy to see what mode the fan is in. Highly recommend.

Very quiet. Works as expected

I have owned this exhaust fan for about 4 months now and I absolutely enjoy it. I replaced a builder grade fan that was loud and was beginning to fail. This product is night and day better than a builder grade model. Although not silent, it is pretty quiet and remarkably quieter than the fan I replaced. I installed the fan myself and it was fairly easy for me to install. I was a little concerned with some previous comments about the humidity sensor not working properly or always continuing to run. Everything works for me when I installed it in my master bathroom on the second floor. The humidity sensor works great and automatically turns off when the acceptable humidity level is reached. Overall, the exhaust fan does an excellent job of reducing/eliminating humidity as well as odors. As a side note, the square footage of my bathroom was sized for an 80cfm exhaust fan, but I decided to go up one size for the 110 cfm and I'm glad I did. It works perfectly and I would definitely purchase this fan again.
