This tub cracked where there is no pressure. This is a manufacturer defect. I called Delta for them to honor their 10 year warranty. I spent two hours and 11 minutes on the phone with them for them to tell me they would not honor their ten year warranty. I am extremely disappointed with this tub. I would not recommend.

I had high hopes that this bathtub would feel sturdy once installed (based on other reviews)... However, it is a flimsy piece of junk and I wish I would've spent a little more money to get a higher quality product. Not only does it feel like a plastic bin, the tub's surface is very susceptible to scratches. After being installed it was so scratched up it looks like an old tub, not a brand new one. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Didn't last 5 years started cracking at the bottom of tub letting the water leak out. Called Delta, and spoke to Mark, which I got horrible customer service, didn't want to honor their warranty. Tub is made with very thin acrylic, so getting it repaired is going to cost alot. Wish I would have never got the tub, since now I have to break tiles to remove the tub, what a nightmare. Buyers beware

This tub is beautiful once installed. Inside the tub feels so spacious and deep. The only con is we have a narrow bathroom so the widest point of the tub comes out to 32 so it make it a little tighter near our toilet. However when inside the tub it more then makes up for it.

Wasn’t hard to assemble although I did use backer board to avoid additional framing. Came out beautiful. Everyone loves it and the 10 year warranty isn’t bad either.

This tub was bought Oct 2018 and only a 11 months later a crack appears in an area where there is no weight or pressure. I know the price is tempting, however in hindsight I should of read up on the reviews first. Too many people had cracked tubs. I would NOT recommend this tub. Lets see if the 10 year warranty helps.

Install is not easy. There are no seal gaskets between parts (tub and surround), you have to caulk.

High quality tub with plenty of room for soaking. This tub replaced a one piece unit. Although the remodel project isn’t complete, I’m very happy with the tub.

Easy to install. Light enough for one person. Feel like it's well built for that price range of tub.

Great replacement for the tub that we had, and love the fact that it's a soaking tub. Looks very nice in our bathroom.

It is the right tub for my 2nd bathroom remodeling. It looks beautifully classic and fits right in the wall tiles. My plumber was also happy for its light weight and the ease to install. I woyld reccomend this product.

Nice looking tub. Very easily installed by myself. I followed instructions did a couple of dry fits, once I was comfortable I secured it to the studs.

Installed this tub in 2015 now has a 3 inch crack ware you stand all the time taking a shower dumping water down stairs 2018.

We had our first tub installed in June 2017 and discovered a large crack in the back left corner after only using it a few times. The contractor said he didn't want to nail the unit to the studs as instructed because he felt that would crack the fiberglass (acrylic), so instead he screwed the tub into the supports at the four corners). So we ordered a new replacement tub, but after thinking about it, we decided to install a large walk-in shower instead, and returned the second tub before taking it out of the box. We wrote to Delta about the crack (which is growing now sideways across the back ledge), and Delta is denying our claim of a defective tub. What does it matter if it's attached at each stud or if it's SCREWED into the corner supports. The whole tub is very flexible, anyway. We now have a tub to remove. At least three rows of white subway tile to remove, and the Delta Curve glass doors will be coming out and are for sale. It was a beautiful idea, but it just didn't work out right for us.

Liked this tub in the store but went with the other version (American Standard because it had a wood platform on the bottom of the tub, bad idea) Installed the Tub and it was Junk. I took it back and got this Delta Curve tub. I replaced an old cast iron tub with this Delta curve tub. It wasn't hard to get the cast Iron tub out, but I did have to remove trim and one side of the door frame. (Its a tight little bathroom). The hardiest part was breaking all the tile from I think 1960, I guess wonderboard wasn't invented back then.. Anyhow, remember to have your drain pipe lined up, and measure follow the measurements of the tub. If you didn't get directions download them from the delta sight and print out atleast the diagram of the tub, it will help.. Since the bathroom wasn't a new build I had to open up the other side of the wall to fit allign the drain. (you just need a hole small enough for your hand. and you can use one of those patch wall kits to repair the hole... the tub is super light but i suggest having someone help you fit it so you dont damage the tub, I fit it first and leveled it. I noticed I needed to level the concrete in one area. I used the Henry's Level Pro bag and the Henry's Pro under layment Primer. It worked great dried quick. I had extra but used it for another project later. In one of the pics it shows framing across but I removed that (it was from the dumb american standard tub) This tub screw direct to stud. I used a small drill bit to start the holes, and then used the coated screws recommended, and then coated the head of the screw to prevent rust. etc.. I ended up buying the walls that went to the american standard tub and the walls that go with this tub, all of them were junk.. (Dont buy them, you will regret it.) I put the section up and since not all walls in every house are perfectly even the wall, won't line up because they interlock.. I returned both sets, (Note both sets did fit on the tub but the quality wasn't good wont last.). Soo. yes tile, is the better way.. But it worked out great and you can even make your own niche shelf where ever you want. (easy todo).. I also changed out the pluming, it was an old style setup with 4 knobs, hot and cold for the top and hot and hold for the bottom. both ran separate, Weird.. I went with the Delta one piece knob. I suggest buying the higher end ($89-130) one so that all the piece inside are not all plastic and wont break, easy.. It went in smooth. I also want to note that I tiled my bathroom along time ago but had to remove some of the tile to get the tub to fit in perfect. (Make sure you have extra floor tile, otherwise you will have to use an accent tile like I did.. ) Hope this helps and the pics help..

I wanted a reasonably priced acrylic tub & surround for easy cleaning. I chose this tub due to it being deeper & wider for occasional soaking and am very pleased. Very easy to keep clean.

Love this tub! doesn't take up any more room than the builder basic tub I used to have, but the tub is noticably deeper and wider. So nice to take a bath in!

love this tub it is so easy to install and fits perfect. I did stabilize the underside a little bit with pray foam insulation for added heat retention and stabilization although it says you don't have to do that. it looks so nice in the alcove with the tile!

we bought this tub in November 2015 and it has cracked right across the bottom and drains under the house. Unbelievable. We have to reinstall a tub after 1 1/2 years. Run far, far away and go buy a tub from a bath company. Dont waste your money or your time We have to redo the bathroom again. I dont even want to give it one star. Dont buy it . I had this tub installed by a contractor. Paired with the matching curved glass frameless doors, it is absolutely stunning! The doors just glide, the tub is bright white, nice arm rests, exterior is nicely shaped - highly recommend!

This soaker tub is beautiful. The side is not too high as some are and easy to step in and out of.

At first everything was great I installed this tub in Late october 2016 we completed this project early November 2016 se had used it a couple of weeks since this is our hallway bathroom and not the master bath we don't shower or bathe in this tub we gave the grandkids a bath in it and my wife soaked in it twice one morning my daughter called me into the bathroom she said that the tub has a crack in it , I didn't believe her since my wife had just cleaned the tub the night before but after I looked at it it was for sure cracked, its like it just happened over night. Sure the tub is under warranty, but now I have to tear the bathroom apart to change out the tub.

Haven't used this to shower/bathe yet, but its a nice size (width & depth) and seems sturdy. Nice clean design as well.

We LOVE this tub! The extra space from the tub is awesome. My son now takes his baths in this tub rather than in the master bathroom. He is over six foot and he says there is so much space. This tub hold 60 gallons of water compared to most tubs that only hold approximately 34 - 48 gallons.

I was looking to replace my 30 yr old cast iron shower tub with something wider and deeper. This was a great option for the price. I looked at other tubs but they were too expensive for what I wanted. This is a good product and it could be better if it wasn't that it felt a little flimsy at first. Not too heavy and light plastic, but once installed, it looked great and couldn't tell other wise. It's very spacious and it has a nice depth to soak in. This tub looks great with the curved frameless shower doors or a curved rod.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with this product. I love the outside curved design however the interior space where you stand for a shower is very narrow. On top of that, with the tub surround that we chose - also a Delta product- it is a poor design that gives you very little elbow room because of the design and placement of the shelving. And, because the unit is not very tall, the shower head had to be placed lower, making it awkward for the angle to wash hair and I am not a very tall person. I would not recommend this to anyone. One pro- being a new fiberglass unit, it is so much easier to clean than my previous 40+ year old tub. I was so excited to have a whole new look, but this has been a very poor choice for us. I guess I did not do my homework on researching this and went only by looks/ aesthetics.
