Finish was wonderful and assembly was ok. Everything went together well and the touch feature works great. I like that the light feature on base of faucet. Changes color as water gets to temperature. Works well.

We installed this faucet about two weeks ago and so far we are very happy with the look and quality. It was pretty easy to install and we love the integrated pull down sprayer. We got ours in matte black to add some contrast and it looks great with the finishes we picked for our kitchen remodel.

The faucet looks amazing. I love having 2 choices of water stream. The pull down sprayer works well and easily docks back. The color indicator light is a plus, allowing you to know the current temperature of the water in the pipes. We have had the faucet for a few weeks and are thoroughly enjoying it. I would highly recommend this faucet.

We've been using the Delta Essa faucet for about 6 weeks now. It's got a great look, and is easy to keep clean. It looks perfect with our lighter colored kitchen and brushed stainless and nickel pulls. The swivel feature makes it easy to get to any part of the sink, and the docking feature has worked seamlessly. The contractor said it was very simple to install. We installed it directly into the granite in a single hole, no plate, for a cleaner look. I think others mentioned the fact that you'll see the blue symbol (typically meaning cold) when you turn the hot water on, but that hasn't bothered me. I hope it lasts a long time ... I think it's a good deal for the cost.

A little extra to hook up compared to a regular faucet but well worth it. Kids love it too and actually like cleaning the sink! Only been a month but so far it works perfect.

I have installed a lot of faucets. Some are easy and other are really difficult. The Delta Essa was pretty easy to install. The Touch2O is a new feature for us and we are still getting used to it. The directions could have been a little better from Delta. Outlining options a little better, one that might help is the isolation gasket. Delta recommends this to be used with cast iron sinks. we have a stainless under mount to a Silestone counter top, so I thought no need. I installed the faucet and then the optional adapter to drive the Touch2O sensor. I notice that if you leave the faucet turned on so that when you want to run the water you could just touch the faucet, the faucet will turn on or off intermittently. Delta recommends that the faucet be left off unless you are working in the kitchen and need the touch on off feature during your cooking process. This was not what I envisioned that use for this type of faucet, but I am adapting to this recommendation. The faucet does include an indicator light that not only tells you when the touch senor is activated, but also changes from blue(cold) to red(hot) as the water temperature changes. So Cool! Beyond the use of the new touch feature, I really like this faucet, the look is god for us, the spray is good, hose retracts well and locks into place with the magnet every time. The finish in stainless and so far has been really easy to keep clean. Overall, I am really happy with this faucet and it really is fun to wash dishes with such an easy to use faucet.

This faucet is a must-have, especially for anyone with a large sink. We've had it for a few weeks, and the swivel feature combined with the pull-down sprayer makes it easy to spray out all areas of our farmhouse sink. And the switch for the spraying function is very easy to turn on and off. The matte black finish looks clean and modern. My hisband and I looked at other more expensive products that were similar styles, but we are SO happy we went with this one because for a reasonable price, we were able to get all of the features (and the look) that the higher-priced faucets had. I highly recommend this faucet.

Just as picture showed, prompt delivery, works perfect. Looks very nice and chrome finish is perfect fit for updating kitchen area.

The faucet works as advertised. The touch on/off feature is very handy but does take a bit of time to become used to it. It looks very nice and the brushed metal finish does not show finger marks. The led light changing from blue to red to indicate water temperature is an added bonus. We have had it installed for about a week and so far are very pleased.

Only used for 2 days. Easy install. Works nicely. Put handle in the center (preferred to the left but then it's too close to the back splash; wish Delta and other companies would make faucets with either left or right position of the handle). Stream and spray works good and it remembers last position set. Only drawback is that I would have preferred to have the pull out head balanced. Now the counter weight (under the sink) is "too" heavy and it pulls the head back into faucet. (Wall tiles are not done yet so it's not a completed project.)

Still early stages, the faucet is a nice change from what was there before. Performs well.

Perfect faucet to go with new kitchen. The ORB finish matches my new espresso single bowl sink. Everybody loves the touch on and off feature. Really glad I got the transformer for it and don't have to worry about batteries

Excellently engineered, built with quality materials, and at a reasonable price. It's been installed for a few weeks now and appears that it's going to last. I researched faucets off and on for several months and ended up with this one. I'm not disappointed.

This faucet had been installed for 4 months. It has worked perfectly. It is a beautiful faucet and I am very happy with the purchase. I cannot say how the installation went. I warned my plumber, that the reviews said it might be tough with my deeper sink, he had zero complaints. Hoping the hose and the magnet, hold up over time.

This faucet is a terrible design for the high price. Installed properly the faucet's internal plastic parts flex each time the faucet is used and within a few months the plastic base (with the temp LED) cracks (see picture). The base is not replaceable and the entire faucet needs to be replaced. I have reached out to Delta to see what they can offer. This is a bad design and will continue to be a problem.

The pull down sprayer does not automatically retract (when asked, Delta says it was not designed to automatically retract)! So, when you pull out the sprayer head, it will just hang there until you carefully feed the hose back in. Can't decide if I will replace the whole faucet, or... it looks like the problem could be solved by buying a different style of hose weight like those used on other pull out faucets (where the weight clamps on to the hose rather than the weight provided with this faucet that just hangs on the hose like a donut). Otherwise, looks nice, finish is nice (but does show fingerprints easily).

Delta is my favorite Plumbing brand and this faucet is no different. I love the modern look without it being too fancy. simple, basic, good-looking, and extremely durable and reliable. Arctic stainless is a nice variation of stainless steel with a great color balance. I've had way better experience with Delta docks than other brands. it's magnet is secure and deliberate.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and LOVE it. My husband and I are not handy at all and this was our first time installing a faucet. This faucet is so easy to install, we had no issues and used a youtube video as our guide. I love using the touch function, the design is really nice and it has great water pressure! Highly recommend, all of our guests love it too.
