Installed 2 sets. During installation, one of the faucets was found to have a cross threaded hold down nut, which is a manufacturing defect. I was surprised that it made it through Delta's Q/C inspection. But there was no problem exchanging it for another at Home Depot. Aside from that, installation was easy enough. They look really nice and operate smoothly so I forgive Delta for the Q/C miss and still give a 5 Star rating. As with any product, always look the components over carefully before beginning installation.

Five stars for beauty and ease of installation. Zero stars for ME: My bad for not checking the 1.2 GPM flow rate before buying. My wife likes the look of it so much she'll put up with the low flow rate, but I prefer a robust stream and one where I don't have to wait twice as long for hot water. We replaced 40 year old faucets, built when water savings was not a thing. This Delta Pierce has a 1/8-3/16 plastic tube through the spout, smaller than a soda straw, so just be aware of what you are getting. Home Depot sells some (IMHO not as nice looking) with 2.5-3 GPM rates. Gotta decide what's important. Expect an extra $20 for two connection hoses.

Plumber had minimal difficulty in installing these faucets.

Very easy to install with great directions. In addition to being bery sturdy, it also looks very sleek and modern in our master bath.

One would not shut off. Defective. Returned both. Very disappointed.

I had this faucet installed 2 weeks ago by my plumber. It's dripping. Very disappointing. I love the look of it, but looks like I need to pay the plumber again to come back. So frustrated!
