This faucet looks great. would have gave it 5 stars however it came with 2 of same cartridges in the hot and cold handles so one handle turns the opposite of what it should.

Great Faucet, missing lift rod
The package arrived in good condition and on time. But the lift rod for the drain is missing.

great high arc
I like some room to put my hands directly under the spout of a faucet and this one lets you do that. It is a very modern and streamlined look, matches well in todays' contemporary bath. More and more vanity top makers are drilling for the 8 inch widespread and more faucet makers are accommodating them. Since I prefer the look of a cleaner line without a deckplate this is for me.
I installed this faucet on a new vanity top this weekend and it looks great. I had the advantage of being able to install the faucet to the vanity top while the top wasn't installed on the cabinet; this makes for a much easier install than with the top in place. I look forward to getting many years of service from this faucet and my experience with previous Delta products is all positive.
Really nice faucet, except the installation is not that easy as other faucets I installed and I wish the plastic red and blue markers for the hot and cold were made of better quality. Overall I’m satisfied and would recommend.
This is Delta quality with a classy touch. But, you really need to read and study the installation instructions.
1. There is a specific left and right handle. The hot (left) is labeled
2. Make sure you seat the valve assembly to the correct orientation
3. When installing the spout temporarily put in lift rod , it is curved, and will curve to the back. This is done so that bracket rp47029 when installed will not block the opening that the lift rod must go down thru.
4. When installing the pop up assembly the picture shows the strap and screw rp12516 with nut facing forward. Because of the curve of the lift rod I turn the nut to the back.
5. Also on the pop up assembly, remove- un-thread the lower tail piece and Teflon tape the threads and re-install .
6. When installing spout tubes (supply lines ) into the 3 hole outlet connector try not to cut lines and use guide marks on the tubes. In section A number C will help. If you cut the lines you must cut them perfectly straight or they will not seat properly.
7. When you go to tighten the valves and spout have someone on the top side to hold and align each.
8. Make sure bushings- gaskets- end valve bushings- nuts and washers are the correct orientation
9. I f you are not sure, lay the parts and pieces out and fit them together so you can get the feel of how it should look, things look a lot different when your laying on your back looking up.
10. Read the instructions, have a plan and take your time.
11. This was challenging fun.
This added a really nice look to an outdated bathroom. Installation was straight forward, if you have ever installed a faucet you won't have any problems with this one. Water pressure was definitely better then the faucet it replaced. Not much to say about this except we love the look and it functions as we expected.
Everything you need is included with this faucet. It helped me to have someone up above holding the faucet straight while I tightened the bottom threads. The water has a narrow flow, unlike most that have an aerator causing bubbles. Also, it came with a metal pop-up, which I appreciated.
The coolest thing about this faucet is its DIAMOND seal technology, claiming to last ... well ... a REALLY long time. No leaks, and no lead. Classy! Backed with a lifetime limited warranty, you can rest easy knowing that this faucet will stay true to performance and quality for years. We didn't have any problems installing this faucet, probably because I've done this many times. Magically, everything fit just fine.
If you're out for a faucet for your bathroom, and you want something that will last, not leak or corrode, look into this one! Not many companies have made one quite like this. Lastly, notice the finish options, in case you need something to match a certain style!
This product looks Great but is a catch 22 to install.
I purchased this Faucet as part of redoing our guest bathroom. It was the most attractive one we saw. However, it has a catch 22 in the installation instructions. It states that if you determine the PEX supply tubing is too long and must be shorter to create an acceptable installation, when cutting the installer accepts the responsibility to do so in a way that allows a leak-free joint to be created. Delta is not responsible any cut that will not allow a leak free joint. Well my installer thought he did it right, his boss looked at it and said it was done right, but 3 days after it was installed the hot water tubing can out of the shut off valve, flooding the bathroom and then it went into the hallway, the linin closet, the guest bedroom and the guest bedroom closet all of which have hardwood floors. The Installer has accepted responsibility and his insurance will cover it but he has only "Actual Cash Value" insurance and mine is "Replacement Cost Value" so I have to go through my insurance abd have them subrogate his insurance company. It is now over three weeks later and we are still trying to get repair estimates for hardwood flooring that is no longer made in that color and for repairing the sheetrock damaged when removing all the floor molding, then replacing that moulding and repainting the entire area. A real nightmare! At the rate it's going it will take months to get all the estimates in, reviewed and approved and then have the work done. I am guessing the repairs will be at least 3 or 4 times the cost of the bathroom redo. For that reason I would NEVER use that plumber again and I would NEVER buy a Delta product again.
