[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice waterfall effect! This was very easy to install. Was concerned about leakage but after a month of daily use it hasn't had any issues. Instantly upgrades a boring bathroom. Chrome has remained shiny to date. It's heavier than the average shower fixture. Waterfall effect is broadly dispersed giving your body full coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rainhead is beautiful yet hard for a person of "normal" handyman skillset to install, but that's just because you have to install the regulator in the plumbing. Water pressure is a little different than what I'm used to, but aesthetically very pleasing. Worth the actual cost....not really.

It works very well, it is high in quality and durability. it has an expansive water coverage with a luxurious spray and with excellent water pressure. It keeps constant temperature and that is a great feature. The head can swivel if you need too. It looks beautiful and you just feel like you never want to leave the shower.

We are so thrillled with our purchase! it's the way the water comes out of the shower head that is the real winner. It is EXACTLY what you want a "rain head" to be. Firm spa style pressure but the streams of water are unusually soft. The unit is elegant, not too modern, but not too classic..more minimalist than anything. Easy to install. This is considered an "architectural" line product.

Running water or flushing does affect it at all I was surprised. Overall I'm very happy with it and would purchase it again

I had to have someone install it because we were getting our bathroom redone. The shower flow is wonderful and the water is dispersed evenly as to where I don’t feel cold! It feels like it’s raining over me.

My wife and I each have our own bathroom, and so I have artistic license when it comes to mine. This Raincan Shower is the ultimate in sophistication in my opinion, and you feel like you are showering in a waterfall. It is so relaxing. Easy to install (per the plumber who professionally installed it for me), it is easy to operate with its single-handed design which allows you to easily adjust the water temperature. This shower head was installed in my basement shower cubicle. Previously, it was not possible to run water elsewhere in the house or flush toilets etc. while someone was showering. Installation of this new shower head has eliminated that problem because the technology means there are no sudden temperature changes. Easy to clean and modern in appearance, this is a quality and fine piece of equipment.

The Delta Vero raincan shower and faucet is a beautiful, modern selection for a new bathroom or updating your existing bath. Every time I take a shower, it's like I'm going to an exclusive spa for a short while. The sleek, modern design almost reminds me of space age, but it is so sleek. It is outstanding quality with the finest chrome finish I've ever seen. The touch clear feature on the raincan is outstanding-- and allows me to keep it running just as clearly and cleanly as the day I got it. The faucet handle/valve is absolutely beautiful. Square, clean and modern. I more than highly recommend this quality shower system. Magnificent.

Excellent quality

Valve is not included and the stores do not carry it. Had to return and switch to another product at the last minute. To some extent, my fault for not checking more closely. However, why doing it this way? The valve is needed and cannot be substituted.

Excellent. Met all expectations

I have not installed this fixture yet, but the color of the shower head and the handle are not exactly the same. It may not be noticeable once it's installed, but you can clearly see the difference in color when you put the two next to one another.

Looks good but quality not so much. Like other reviewer, shower head developed a leak at the seam on the top side of the shower head. Water running down the side of the shower head. Very disappointed.

I just bought one and about to install. Perhaps someone can share his to resolve leaking issue. Delta should really include the valve or make it more obvious it is not included

Terrible - sprays water from top. Product was installed as part of our house remodel. Professional plumbers etc. Less than 8 months and one of these shower heads is already leaking (and spraying) from the top. Very disappointing. Many other reviews have mentioned this problem. We are so disappointed that any product would leak so badly so quickly, especially one that costs over $300. We would never recommend this shower head.

I purchased this product on 7/26/17 for a complete remodeling project. It looks great . However, there are two big problems. First, the shower head leaks . Some water comes out of the shower head and the rest flows out from the top. I read the previous reviews and thought the design problem causing this problem was corrected. Not so. It's still there. Second, I can not get any hot water. Not the best experience. With all other options in the market, I would avoid the hassle and pick something else.

My box did not come with the back faucet piece to be installed in the wall. Extremely disappointed, especially considering the price. The shower head looks great though.

The shower worked great the first month of installation. The water is leaking from the top of the shower head. I have had my plumber make adjustment however the problem is still there. I expected something of better quality for the amount of money I paid. I am having my plumber come and check it out again. Not sure if I received a defective unit? At this time I cannot recommend this product.

Gorgeous shower trim kit from Delta in chrome. Love the sleek, square styling of this trim kit for the shower - perfect for the full master bath remodel I'm getting into now. I will have professional help installing it, but everything should be simple provided that the valve in the wall is the compatible one I believe it is. The chrome finish is timeless and elegant - looking forward to years of use from this beautiful set.

Clearly this item is good looking and will make for impressive update or addition to a bathroom shower! Not exactly sure why they wouldn't include the needed valve... the mirror finish chrome is beautiful and will surely show every water spot and finger print from now through eternity. If you have hard water where you live, you may want to consider stainless or another fixture with a different finish.

Very pleased with the shower faucet trim kit it is stylish and functional

I had this professionally installed in our master bathroom back in August (2015), and it looks great. The trim kit is nice, and the installation went smoothly, per our contractor. However, since then, the showerhead sprays water from the TOP of the rectangular head. It seems that the seam of the head is faulty, as water sprays full force from the top, which makes quite a mess, and even leaks water down the sides of the head as water sprays from the intended openings. I've contacted Delta, and they're sending a new head, which will hopefully resolve the problem. If not, I don't know what we'll do. I would expect a better product considering the price, especially from a brand like Delta. Use caution if you do purchase this item!

I have had this shower head for one year and have replaced the shower head three times because water shoots out of the top. Delta has been great on replacing the head but already needing a fourth shower head now. Trying a new shower head this time. Will keep you posted.
