Fine product

We installed the entire sent almost 2 years ago and we absolutely love it! High design for a good price. We’re moving and will be doing an entire remodel again, and we will purchase this again!

I have not installed it yet, because we are waiting for the new shower to come, I am very impressed with the quality of the shower head!

Looks great ! pretty easy to install if you’re handy & have tools.

This product constantly leaks from the shower head. I have now had parts changed out 4 times and it continues to leak. It looks great, has a nice relaxing shower from the head but if you don't want to listen to dripping for hours don't buy this product.

I love this shower head. We've been using it for over 1.5 years now, had it installed in our new master bath remodel. It looks very modern and works great. Make sure to pay attention to installation height. When we first installed it in the same spot as our old shower head, I realized because the arm comes out and then down, it was lower than our old shower head. I initially thought it would be too short for my 6' husband. I even ordered a new metal arm shaped like an arch that would raise the height. By the time that came in the mail, we were used to the height of this and decided to leave it be. This is definitely a rainfall shower head, don't expect a ton of pressure, but honestly, it's perfect and works really well for us. Our kids only take showers in our shower because they love it so much.

I installed 2 of these in 2 different showers. It has been 9 months, and so far I have gone through 3 replacements in one shower, and 2 in the other, all because they start leaking out the top. Do not buy this product.

This faucet started to leak out the shower head (minor) a few months after install when turned to the off position. After six months we have substantial leaking and need to repair faucet. When turned to the off switch the product continues to leak substantial water. When we would initially turn it to off, the water appears to be off, but within a half an hour, all on its own, the faucet would be leaking substantially. It may have been something done in installation, but we were not able to repair it without replacing parts. Hopefully a repair kit will solve the problem!

It's looks nice , but the water presure is very bad.

I love this rainshower. We did change out the hardware as we didn't install it high enough. We got an S shaped bar to make it come out of the wall at a different angle

reading the other reviews helped me to buy the universal connector and so there were not problems installing this shower faucet..it is really high end looking at a reasonable price..

The product is advertised as "stainless steel". Yes, the volume control is in metal but the temperature control knob is in plastic along with the snap control cover in silver color. It looks cheap and not very sturdy. So, what will happen with the daily use of this handle? The silver color will surely go away. It is deceiving and should be indicated in the specifications. What Delta designers had in mind when they designed this? To save a few bucks on a $300 item?

If you're hoping to simply buy this product and swap it with an older shower faucet and head (Roughly pre 2008), chances are it won't work. Behind your tile you must have a Delta Universal Valve Body(google it, it's not that pricey) installed (This piece is not included as another reviewer pointed out). If you're doing a new construction job, or plan on tearing out the old tile and backer board, this won't be an issue. Just order and install the universal shower valve and then you should be good to go. Most of these considerations are true for a lot of Delta's newer models, so don't let it be a complete turn off for you. If you are doing new construction, be sure to add 4 or 5 inches to the height of a normal shower head to allow for the downward turn of the shower head. I wish I would have done the same, as anyone 6' 2" will be bumping their head in my shower against the shower head. PS - I made the dumb mistake of taking the metal plate off the cartridge that goes inside the shower valve thinking that it was a protective faceplate. Do not do this or else the water will run straight through like the cartridge isn't even installed. Having said all that, it looks great, works well. Delta customer support was top notch, use them if you need to.

It looks very modern and the rainfall shower is wonderful and it matches my bathroom BUT there are several major concerns : 1. you WILL HAVE TO purchase the correct hardware for BEHIND the shower controls as well (it is not included)---you need a dual function capability (most homes don't have it) 2. be CAREFUL not to accidentally "push in" any of the tiny gray waterspouts in the showerhead. While holding it we accidentally pushed one of them in and there is NO way to get it back out now. 3. be careful if you have any tall people in the house---if you are installing this on an older bath (with shorter shower head height), this will make tall people scrunch down since there is very little up/down on the head. 4. Good water pressure from the head (and we have horrible pressure) and the multi function works like a charm for soaking in the bath.
