Beautiful faucet and goes perfectly with the vanity we purchased! Very pleased!

These faucets were part of the master bath re-do along with granite counters, sinks, and paint. The shower was done a few years ago. They look expensive even though they were moderately priced.

We have this faucet in all three bathrooms. Very pleased.

I bought 3 of these faucets. I own a similar Kohler model (4 in fact) but decided on this Delta model due to price and lifetime warranty. I spent a few frustrating hours installing the faucet only to discover if was leaking at the mixing hose. I went to replace the hose from the second box only to find that exact same hose missing from the second box! Thank goodness I had a third box but the hose would not disconnect from the spout. It disconnected easily on the valves but would not disconnect from the spout. Worse the plastic tabs that needed to be pressed broke off. Out of choices, I ended up having to cut the plastic hose coming off the spout. Delta wouldnt replace the spout, and just came up with one ridiculous and contradictory response after another. Like how I should have flushed the faucet to get rid of the leak (!!), how I needed to press the plastic tabs after I literally just told them that they had broken off, how the flexible hose is not meant to be disconnected, how i need fo replace a cartridge to disconnect the hose, etc. I will not be purchasing another Delta product. Their reputation is not deserved

So far it works well. Install directions were pretty clear. I like the metal drain because it seems that it is much sturdier than the plastic ones that I have installed in the past.

We enjoy the lever taps and are very satisfied with our purchase. It looked as though it could be an easy self -install but our previous taps were installed some time ago( they were brass based!) and attachments have changed . Even the plumber had a battle to remove the former taps and replace them with these. As he said’ at least I didn’t break the basin”

We purchased this faucet set in January and found that the mixing valve we were advised went with it was wrong. After returning and ordering the correct valve, we have been on backorder until May. That is assuming the backorder will not be pushed further back. I am about as disgusted that i could be. I would never suggest to a friend that they order anything from the plumbing section of Home Depot

The handles seem to have too many adjustment areas. We could not get a good balance of them being tight yet free enough to turn easily. Then the horizontal pop up bar that attaches to the lift strap to open and close the stopper is too short. It's only 4" and it needs to be at least 6 plus. It would be nice if there was an adjustable lift strap or horizontal pop up bar included. Will go another direction next bathroom from Delta as we have two more to go.

I returned it because the one I had previously failed and the Delta Support did not back their product. Went with the different brands and I much much happier so far.

My hot water side doesn’t tighten enough.

Looks great, feels a little flimsy but works just fine. I have installed 10 of these so far and they are all working fine after 4 years. Wipe them dry frequently so you don’t leave water spots. They will last a long time. Good product!

Absolutely love the faucet! Looks very nice and replaced the old one perfectly.

Left handle gets stuck constantly. Poor quality.

I love the faucet. Had my plumber install...there was a piece missing, lift rod so drain plug isnt working but other than that, all is good.

Our James River plumber liked Delta because it has replacement parts, making repairing it easy if that should ever become necessary. We like the way it looks, its easy action, and the height of the faucet itself. We’re pleased.

Delta is always dependable. Why take a chance on another brand?

The hot water handle is harder to turn than the cold water handle. We can’t figure out why.

Beautiful finish, really high end looking

During COVID19 lockdown, I decided to change out some old rusty faucets. I managed to do both myself, saving at least $300! These new faucets look classy and are of good quality.

Returned Product as I need a different vanity for my bathroom

Delta advertises a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" that is ridiculously "LIMITED." Warranty will replace washers and cartridges, but in my case the problem was leakage inside the spout itself (truly a product failure... and evidence of overall poor product quality). Customer service person was very nice, but Delta wouldn't stand behind the product, instead offering a 70% discount off the highly inflated list price on their website (their list price is $326). The discount is better than nothing, I guess, but I really feel I was deceived by Delta's advertised warranty.
