I've installed multiple shower doors, but I needed a narrow door for this shower and selected this one. Pros: Thick glass, high quality doors. Cons: 1. Instructions say to drill though the threshold to attach bottom rail. This is a code violation and a very stupid thing to do. I've installed many doors that don't require this. Using silicone alone will work. I did not put screws through the threshold. 2. The top rail is very thick, so if you don't have an Evolution metal saw or a metal band saw, attempting to cut it with a hacksaw would be disastrous. And the cut edge is exposed, so if you cut crooked with a hacksaw, it will show. I've installed other shower doors that have all cut ends covered up. This one was disappointing. I used a metal band saw, but most people won't have that luxury. 3. The inside profile of the top rail is not as shown in the manual, making the installation of the doors as instructed impossible. The top of the wheels must go in first, meaning the first door goes in fine, but the second door must be angled the opposite way from the first door, but with the first door in place, that's not possible. So the wheels for the second door must be installed in the rail without the glass attached and then the glass held up so a second person can attach the glass to the wheels. The glass is heavy. What a pain. Not at all like the instructions. Both doors cannot be tilted the same way for installation. A physical impossibility. Because if the bottom of the wheel is installed first, the top of the wheel will not go into the slot. Again, the inside profile of the rail prevents this. 4. The screws supplied to attach the side door glides are so short they won't screw into the side rails. I used tile on the walls and did not use longer screws so they would not hit the tile. I ended up using the supplied short screws simply as a guide to the hole and used silicone to attach the side door glides. 5. Other doors I have installed have covered cut edges, so if the cuts are off just a bit, no big deal. This one has exposed cut edges on the top rail and bottom rail (sorta hidden on the bottom, but you'll have a gap if you cut it too much), so be very careful when you cut. Because I have a straight cut for the top rail, this door looks OK installed. But because of reasons listed, I would not recommend this door. ..

I have a small bathroom and this bypass sliding shower door was the best answer to my needs. Arrived on the time frame promised. Looks beautiful! And works great. The only observation is that the handles don’t give you good width for the towel. Yes, I do recommend this product.

I ordered this door to improve the look of my bathroom shower. I had a conventional swing out door (only 8 years old) which functioned perfectly, but was chrome in color. I had the door professionally installed following all instructions outlined in the included guide. After the install, I found the door leaks water between the bottom of the glass slider and the threshold of the enclosure (no fault of the install). The company admits (direct quote from Dreamline) "under normal showering conditions you may experience some splashing or water escaping because these are not like your older framed doors that had a perimeter to stop the flow of water" The company also does not guarantee this door not to leak. They won't even provide specifications so that I (as a customer) can validate the components are to engineering spec. I am now left to clean up water on the floor outside the shower every day.

This door is exactly what we wanted as the finishing touch for our newly renovated bathroom. It gives the room that "wow" factor. I especially like the height of it. At 76 inches, it's taller than most other shower doors. When my husband accidentally bent one of the side frames during installation, I called Customer Service, credit card in hand, to order a replacement. I was so surprised when they offered to replace it for free. No one does that! I cannot recommend DreamLine enough. Thank you for a great door!

It was the ONLY shower door that would fit in our area without cutting the frame too much. The height was a huge plus. It looks amazing and doesn’t let water through. It’s perfect!

Great price and quality. Very well made. Glass is thick and heavy yet rolls easily-it was just installed so hoping it always rolls easily. Would highly recommend.

Nice Frame, glass is very flimsy, low quality. It seems too fragile I have the feeling it won't last.

It’s easy to install

The big problem with this door is the size. The only way for the company to have 4 inches of flexibility in the size is to overlap the glass. I knew this was going to be the case but beside going custom I could not come up with a better solution. That being said my 50 inch shower has doors that overlap 6.5 inches and a very small opening to get in the shower. The company needs to have more size choices with smaller ranges

Moderately priced for such a high end look. Installation is relatively easy and works fantastic!

Pro - The quality of this product is very good and looks great when it's installed. Con - The installation directions need to updated to better describe the actual sequence of operations. Also, I think the rollers should come from DreamLine set to the higher end of their adjustment range.
