Had it professionally installed by Ragsdale Plumbing. It works great in our 700 sq ft basement.

It has worked beautifully. Initially both my wife and I thought we could smell the gas odor and just chalked it up to that miniscule residue that was unburnt. But after a number of our children tested for the odor they could not smell it. It is in a room of approximately 300 sq ft and running it on the 1/2 setting keeps the room at a very even temperature. Likewise it does not take much fuel to keep the room warm.

The unit was so simple to install. The one disappointment is that this unit should be sold with a fan included. If you are buying a 30k btu unit it’s because you have a large space. Forget it without a fan.

I bought this unit for Thanksgiving party.It at first worked great but as tank became about 50 percent it stopped working! They say it will work with 20# tank but it does not once tank is used for a few hours.Need a larger tank to keep it running.

Great unit, easy install and price is good. I would definitely purchase this unit again and refer to unheated areas. I upgraded the unit with the fan and I am totally satisfied with this unit. Spark ignition, non-vented, adjustable heat thermostat. Great product.

Is doing a great job now that we are in this cold spell and having issues with power.

easy assembly and good directions for installation. no complaints. would definitely recommend. puts out good heat even on #1. we have never had it over #2. like that it has a thermostat so it cycles off and on to keep a steady temp all on it's own.

Works great. Heats well.
