It is a good grill, but doesn't last. Max $200 pay
I got it for sub $200 so I won't complain that bad, had I payed full price it sucks. The grill fell apart and rusted apart after only 6 months. I did get new parts under warranty (very slow), but this thing is NOT built to last. I wouldn't pay more than $200. The sear grate cracked in half in about 1 year. The heat tents are completely rusted through, the drip pan is almost rusted through. It is not of good quality, but does work good for a time. Chrome plating on plastic nobs comes off easily.

    This is the worst bbq I have ever bought
    Bought this 2 years ago. The searing plate snapped in two pieces on my second use of the grill. A few months ago I was unhappy with the grilling plates, I bought something generic pieces. I really started hating this product... the final straw was yesterday I noticed a hole in the bottom plate... I could see through my grill to the cement deck underneath. I had to grill a steak anyways, it was fathers day... so I put a piece of tin foil across the bottom, as I adjusted it, the whole pan folded in half and fell through... we prepared the steaks inside. I always keep my cover over this piece of junk. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this item.

      DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL. IT WILL RUST OUT IN 1 YEAR
      I bought this grill in February of 2022. I am writing this in June of 2022, and as you can see in the pictures I attached this grill is disintegrating into a rust pile. Considering how many people have had the same issue and how the company handles this issue (They told me that the warranty was only for a year and that rust isn't covered), stay away from this grill. I also paid around $240 for this grill in 2022, and it's now up more than $200 in price in that amount of time. AVOID THIS GRILL.

        Product stickers ruined my first impression
        So far it was delivered on the and fully assembled. Thanks for that. Still need to cook on it but so far I’ve spent most of my time trying to remove all the ridiculously cheap and unnecessary stickers. Super annoying and will have to thoroughly clean the grill after removing since the literally flake apart and make a nasty mess with lots of residue left behind. See pictures. Hopefully nothing else to report but skeptical so far.

          Cheapley made but adequate
          Got this on sale for $199. Regular price was $349. The grill is cheaply made and the metal is flimsey. I doubt this grill will last more than 5 year. Not worth $349 but a good deal at $199.

          These stickers have to go took me two to remove
          Well our first Dyna Glo gas grill the reviews on the company out of Illinois are great. My only concern is it took me two hours to remove three stickers which pretty much are sun baked on as most all grills are assembled and are outside. Also while doing this I scratched the surface. But maybe use those hang tags which can be easily cut off without any lengthy labor intense sticker removal and possible damage to the brand new grill as in my case. Thank you

            A fantastic grill for the money! Bought it the Saturday before Mother's day, used it twice already. Like any new grill, you gotta get used to it's dynamics, but so far, solid performance.

              Solid Grill Built to Last
              We just got this grill for our new deck. Love that it has the integrated smoker box so that you can sear, grill, and smoke your meats. Everything that can be cast iron is, and if it's not, it's stainless steel. The grill seems like it will last many summer cookouts to come. 🥳

                Stupid Stickers Won't Clean Off
                I can't say if it works or not, I have spent the first hour plus, trying to clean sticker residue off. Complete waste of time to put these directly on the grill

                  Had this grill just over year
                  Grill keep covered cleaned after each use. We had to replace the hose as leaked the first year. There signs of rust on burner and high temp grade has broke. This grill keep covered when not in use and in covered location. Flare ups almost caught house on fire. We got this for 200 so did not expect much but bow near 500. Not worth the effort to put together

                    Get extra parts
                    Been using this grill for 4 months. My cross-hatch grill grat broke in two! Otherwise, Its been fine, minus the need for a lighter to light this thing without a million attempts from the knob.

                      Worst grill purchase
                      Haven’t even had the grill for 2 years and the exterior is rusted and also the entire grease pan fell out from being badly rusted. We have always had a grill cover over it when not in used. The grill was barely even used but still rusted so bad that it’s falling apart. Customer service said rust isn’t apart of warranty and to buy another grease pan. For the price of the grill it isn’t worth having to buy parts constantly to keep it around.

                        You’ll be lucky to get two years from it
                        When it did work, it did work well but that was very short lived. 18 month and it’s already totaled. The grates slowly deteriorated and sharp hard pieces get into the food. The gas shield covers rusted out pretty bad and they need replaced. Even generic replacing those two parts runs about 1/3 the cost of the grill which was questionably worth doing. As I went to replace them, the entire bottom was so rusted it literally just fell out so it’s just trash now after 18 months.. Waste of money.

                          Does Not Hold Up
                          After owning for 14 months, I'm looking for a replacement. One side of the lid is covered in rust, the silver paint is flaking off of the (plastic) knobs, and the searing grate broke in half the last time I used it. Even on sale, this was not worth buying.

                              Stay away from that products
                              I don't want to sound mean but this product is low quality overpriced garbage. We have purchased it less than a year ago. The grill is not used often. The marks and the text all over the grill are already fading and peeling. Please see the attached pics.

                                Garbage pan rusted under 2 years
                                Save your money and purchase a name brand. I knew when I bought it and put it together it wasn’t going to last as long as my other name brand grill from Home Depot but geez expected to get more than this. Honestly don’t believe it’s even two full years old. The grates are deteriorating and pan completely rusted through. It’s even kept covered under a covered deck!

                                  Less than 6 months flaking paint onto food
                                  Terrible, I have had this grill less than six months and only used it a dozen times. The inside of the grill paint is chipping and flaking onto the food.

                                    Rusts almost immediately
                                    Grill gets hot. But apparently the paint they use is not designed for heat. Melted off. Was told by the manufacturer they don't warranty the finish. Bad purchase. Should've spent more for another brand. Note the pictures are from only 2 months use. Grill was under cover when not used.

                                      Bottom Pan GONE
                                      I bought this a couple years ago and took good care of it. One day I go to start it up and half the bottom pan is gone? Would have expected to last longer than it did as my last grill almost last 10 years.

                                        It's falling apart
                                        I purchased this grill March of 2021. Since then I replaced the drip Pan twice aa a pricey cost of $60 each and I need a new one as of today.. I went to clean my grill today I had 1 of the top burner things snap in half and collapsed down and broke everything under it. Not replacing anything anymore, I'm buying a different brand that last longer!

                                          Do not buy
                                          The pan under the burners rusted out after 2 (or 3) years. While warming up the grill the whole pan just fell on to the patio. I’d look up when I bought it but I’m sure it’s out of warranty, but I know it’s not over 3 years old. This should not happen. The sad thing is I liked this grill, the size, the burner knobs are great, it worked well. Only buy this if you like buying grills every few years and like figuring out how to dispose of relatively new grills.

                                            Nope
                                            Grease pan rusted out in 8 months. Not like a little rust, it completely fell out (see photo) We keep it covered and it’s only used 2-3 times a week. I can buy a replacement one at $60-70 but judging by the quality of the last one I’ll pass. You can buy a Nexgrill at the same price point and it will last you more than a year. I will never buy a Dyna-Glo grill again. Total garbage!

                                              Abysmal life expectancy
                                              less than 2 years old and this has disintegrated. the drip pan is terrible, burners and grates are close behind. the cheapest after market drip pans are $60. Seriously, unless you want a grill for o e season, get a Weber. My last grill was a Weber and lasted nearly 20 years.

                                                Poor Quality - Lot's of Rust
                                                The bottom tray is completely rusted out, the burners don't light consistently, and though the grill is kept covered, the grates have to constantly be wire-brushed and oiled to get rid of rust.

                                                  Complete waste
                                                  After 2 months, my grill started rusting on the top inside. About 3 months in it started rusting on the burners. Now about 7 months later, there is no bottom. The whole bottom rusted out and fell completely off while I was cooking. Oil, rust and metal went everywhere. I take great care of my grill and it is always covered. Try to contact the company after 2 months of having the grill and could not get a call back. Horrible!!!!!!

                                                      Rusts Immediately - Worst Purchase Ever
                                                      I purchased this grill pre-assembled 7/20 Within the first 2 months it began to rust out. The grates, screws in the back, sides, etc. I clean it after each use, it’s always covered and underneath a carport. I would remove the rust as much as I could to continue using. July of 2021the entire tray under burners, rusted and collapsed dropping rust & grease all over inside & tank. I used disposable pans for the next month. It’s too rusted and won’t come clean. Worst purchase ever!

                                                        POOR QUALITY and ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
                                                        I cannot recommend Dyna-Glo products to anyone after my experience with this purchase. The quality of finish is absolutely terrible. Paint is full of small air bubbles and after pulling off the huge sticker that was on the lid, a ton of adhesive stayed behind and much paint came off. There is now much rust on the BBQ already despite being covered. I contacted Dyna-Glo customer service and the best they could do was a store CREDIT. A refund or lid replacement was out of the question. Poor quality BBQ and zero customer support. You have been warned.
