The grill is easy to clean and my opinion functions...
The grill is easy to clean and my opinion functions as good as a green egg or Char Grille built in models. We felt the size of the grille was adequate for Ribs and most any other protein or veggies!

So far so good. It is taking getting used to...
So far so good. It is taking getting used to with things such as how much charcoal to use, how to adjust air flow properly, and find the proper distance of the coals from the grill. I would buy it again.

I enjoyed assembling the product and have enjoyed cooking on it twice. I'm learning on a "trial by fire" basis lol - I'm OK with a weber charcoal grill but this feels different somehow. I'm learning that I need to use more charcoal if I want to get good coverage. being able to lift the coals is kind of a game changer. A+

It's big, simple and cooks really well. Easy to use. The only thing is that it's not air tight. The coals wont extinguish on their own if you shut all of the dampers and close the lid; you need to wait a long time for things to burn down to dust before you put the protective cover back on. No big deal. I like it.
