The product is exactly what was needed. The staff at the customer service was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. The Las cruces should be proud the customer service staff.

It was delivered to the store on a pallet, so I was kind of intimidated. After you took off all the wrapping, it was extremely easy to put together. It is incredibly solid, and very sturdy.

Great help on pickup at the store. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Nice wide steps and good rails down the steps that are easy to hold.

This is my second unit. This time, I needed some steps for the back door of my mobile home. Same as the first one, all the ones I saw were either rickety, ugly, or just too heavy for me to move around occasionally for cleaning or work under my mobile home. Although not very attractive, the welds were very sloppy looking, and the fixturing for welding was not very consistent, it still met my needs--light enough to move by myself (I'm a handicapped septuagenarian) yet strong enough to handle even a refrigerator delivery once I modified it. I added skirting around the platform and steps and replaced the railing with more attractive ones. I have an added complaint. Since the first on I bought 8 months ago, the price went up 16.5%. I wish Social Security and my meager pension went up that much!

As described, lightweight and aluminum. The railing does not fit into the slots very good at all because it's all warped and twisted. This means if you lean on the rail, it will literally pop out of the brackets and you will fall off the platform. So while this has the "look" of being OSHA safe, it's quite unsafe.

Great set of stairs. I use them on my floating dock.

Had a issue with one part and the company took care of it immediately. Very strong, quality product.

Wonderful. A great buy at $846. I want a second one but you have taken the price up by @ $150 in just a few weeks. It is sturdy, does not wobble and easily put together by one person. One suggestion - according to manufacture's web site it can have additional railings for both sides and risers railings but only if requested at the time of initial order. Home Depot does not offer that option - I hope that option is available when I order the next one.

Wrong width. Can't use.

The quality exceeded my expectations, The steps were easy to assemble and height adjustment was also very simple! The pick up at the store feature saved me hundreds in freight charges.!!!! Win ! Win !! Price was high, but you get what you pay for!

We kept it but cannot use it at 42.5" it is way too shaky, we lowered it way down. The slats on the platform seem loose and rattled so we will have them spot welded better and added 2 extra rails underneath for better support. Some parts of it are scratched up. This stair system is good but not great. Overall, EZ-Access needs way better Quality Control.
