I used this product on my stamped patio summer 2015 looked great just like new. Very easy to apply with sponge roller made for patio and pavers. I live in Michigan patio gets full southern sun, and lots of snow it Lasted 18 months before it faded in spots. So I power washed waited 3 days to fully dry. I reapplied same product again same great looking results but took 24 hours to dry in spots. For the price I can apply evert two years. Other products I used before only lasted 1 year and cost 2 x as much. This product off gasses for a few days ( stinks) so beware if you leave windows open. Remember your fighting air pollution, acid rain, uv rays, birds, and other wearing surface evils. So a high gloss look won't stay forever, it needs help.

So easy to roll on patio. Patio looks great. I like how it's ready to use. You don't have to thin it.

I was looking for non-waterbased sealer for my exposed aggregate sidewalks as the local hardware store no longer carried the product I use to use. This product seemed to be quite similar and, if it holds up for a couple of years then Ill be pleased.

The Eagle Gloss Coat restored my concret landscap curbing as expected. After a week of exposure to the sun it still has a gloss and the curbing looks as good as when first installed.

The eagle clear coat arrived quickly. I used it for sealer and floor came out great . I recommend eagle clear coat

I've used this sealer many times in the past and it goes on easy and has seals against birds, trees and everything so far.

Excellent for my concrete and very good details for every application. Did my research and this sealer was exactly what I needed.

Easy to use, smell not offensive. Goes on like water, dries to a super gloss finish, makes concrete look beautiful, almost like its buffed to a shine. I recommended this product to two neighbors, they took one look at my end results and both did theirs as well.

I purchased this product to put a high gloss shine on my concrete stained basement floor. The finish was outstanding, as I did get the high shine result I was looking for. It certainly works as advertised. But that smell permeated the entire house. I've had the windows open all day which is tough in the Georgia heat, but the smell is lingering. What can I do to get rid of that strong odor. Is there another product that will give the same result without the smell???

Seems like a great product for the money. Lets see how it holds up 6 months from now.

After staining my concrete, I applied the clear GLOSS coat sealer and couldn't have been more saddened. The finish is flat. The concrete soaked up the sealer, and after 2 coats there is basically no shine. VERY DISAPPOINTED...

The coating is clear and seems very solid. I am using it on a slate tile on an exterior application. It seals the slate very well. It is water resistant. I don't know the durability yet but will see after a year. Make sure this is applied outside or in a well ventilated areas. It has heavy fumes. So far I like it.

Yes the heavy petrol smell requires complete outdoor and well-aired space, but our porch and sidewalk seal will now last years and years, while the neighbors recover their walkways and driveways with a lesser product every Fall. Easy to apply, soaks in quickly, dry to touch in 2 hours. I would buy this again and use on our south patio next year. Fabulous product.

Product I guess is okay, it says you must put on a protective coat. This is the only reason we used the product and only time will tell if it works.

Used this on our concrete countertops for outdoor kitchen. Easy to apply with a brush and leaves a great high gloss finish when dry. I love products that do what they say they do! Will purchase again if needed.

This is a great product. I used it on my concrete floor and it looks amazing. Must be used with proper ventilation. But I would recommend this if you want a nice shine to your floor.

Loved the 'wet' look, made my painted sidewalk look new.

Followed the included application instructions but small bubbles formed throughout the coating. I sent an email to Eagle to see what would be the best way to fix the bubbles and no one ever contacted me back. I have a three year old lab and there is already scratches all over the patio from her nails during normal walking and running.

Used Eagle acid stain then this product. Sealer worked fine and applied two coats easily with paint roller. However beware of really strong odor. I did not realize it was for exterior use. It took 2 full days with fans, candles, and windows open before vaporized strong odors. I added a Quick Shine floor finish to give a more polished glossy finish for small office room. Love the results.

Excellent product, it made a big difference on the look of our back yard and enhanced beautifully the colors of our pavement. Very satisfied with this product and strongly recommend it.

Great service fast shipping, and product could not be better. I am very happy with results easy application fast drying and looks better than new. The best part is all water staines are gone.

This product is easily to apply. Has a smell but if you are working outside its not that bad. Looks very good on acid stain concrete.

This product is very effective and we hope will be long lasting, but make sure you air-out and have proper ventilation. It took about a week of constant fans running before the room was usable. But it looks great!

This product was easy to use and appears to be working as it states. It has only been on the floor for approx a month but so far so good, no residue is coming of the floor. Has a bit of an order so best to follow directions and ventilate while using.
