We got it last month and are really surprised how well it works. We were concerned about problems when transition from hard floor to the oriental carpet but didn’t have any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about a month now and I love how convenient this vacuum is. It vacuums and mops my lvp floors with ease. I have a dog and a cat and that has not slowed this thing down at all. I just hit the button on my phone and off it goes mapping the floor, mopping and vacuuming. It does a very nice job getting every part of the floor.

We decided to try again with Deebot this time and we are so happy we did. With dogs and kids running around, we always need extra cleaning help. It's quiet and thorough and the mopping feature is like icing on the cake!

I can feel the difference on how clean my floor was the first time It ran! Why didn’t Buy one of these sooner? Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The use of this product is easy and convenient. Love the application feature. The vac system works great. The mopping feature was not what I expected and was very disappointed. I previously owned a scoomba the Deebot mopping feature is misrepresented. The Deebot's mopping feature is best for lightly soiled or dusty floors wood floors. I don't recommend the mopping feature at all for ceramic tiles floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Roomba and it got stuck constantly and just cleaned inefficiently. Deebot works much better and even gets on our high pile rug.

Just because it’s a machine doesn’t mean we are sacrificing quality. Love the suction and it mops as well as I do! So incredibly worth it. As a busy mom of a toddler, cleaning the floors is one thing off my list and that means everything! So worth the purchase!

I don’t know if our upstairs is too big?! 1040 sq. Ft. Over all cleaning function it is AWESOME. We still do a manual clean and mop every few weeks but it really does save time!

I bought it about a month ago. The unit has trouble returning to the charge station if its far away in a 3,000 sq feet home.

It would beat itself against our end table to get under it, then couldn't figure out how to get itself out. It would shut bathroom doors and lock itself in, so we'd come home to a clean bathroom but pet hair throughout the rest of the house. I really like that Deebot has the house mapped and cleans in a logical manner. It hasn't locked itself in the bathroom, or gotten stuck under the end table, or anything else, once. I really like that I can set even the smallest area off limits if I need to, without having to find batteries to put in another piece of equipment. As for the mopping, it didn't get the floor totally clean, but I suspect the spot that it left was one that was pretty hard core. Plus, it had been awhile since I mopped ;) I do wish that there was a spot clean button but that's not a make or break deal since I can use the app. I'll admit it took be a little bit to figure out the app, and I do wish there more were instructions for that. Overall, I love it and wish we had gotten it sooner.

This is a great vacume than the ROOMBA. The capacity of this machine is way better and does a great job either way. The Mop or the Vacume part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have never had a newer smart vacuum, this one does the job. The actual functionality of the vacuum is impressive, and it works very well for our space. I deducted a star because i had to cover the fall protection sensors with tape because i was getting an error code on a dark colored rug. I have a single story apartment so i don't need to worry about it falling off any steps but this could be a deal breaker if someone had a more complex space and dark colored rug on a light colored floor. The auto room detection also keeps identifying new rooms even after i have defined all of them which is also annoying. It would also be nice to identify a direction for the robot to tack back and fourth, once it picks a direction it is not clear how to change this. These are minor gripes and the only critiques i have to give. Hopefully some firmware updates come that can help with this as these are all software related. The hardware has been great.

I was initially hesitant about spending so much on a vacuum but this is a lifesaver. I have a newborn and just simply do not have the time to keep up with the floors. I have two large labs that shed like crazy and this keeps the floors spotless

I've had a bunch of robot vacuums one being the Roomba 985 from Costco I bought a Samsung robot vac from BJs and then I purchase this vacuum. The Samsung vacuum was absolutely horrible. It gave me the most trouble the iRobot 985 what's pretty good but it had problems getting stuck. This vacuum is extremely quiet and it has problems going back home to charge I'm constantly finding it dead in other rooms. I also don't think it has enough suction like the 985. I kind of wished if there's vacuum was better. I might be returning it because of all the problems I'm having with it.

The most recent software turned a good robot in to a great robot with all the features I need. The mapping of my house was easy and now that I can select rooms or areas is just what I needed. Allowing different schedules for selected areas works perfect with our busy schedule. We never guessed how much dust and dirt that accumulates in only one day. It can run in the dark which is a huge plus for selecting cleaning times

DEEBOT OZMO 920 & 950 THE BEST ON THE MARKET. I owned the irobot s9+ and aside from the self empty the ozmo 920 beats by far the s9 Even with the direct suction the ozmo is better. Navigation and speed is amazing. The design of s9 with rrubber roller brush is not a good design in my opinion , unless you have carpet in the entire house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and have been very happy. I have vinyl plank flooring and a dog that sheds heavily. As long as the canister is emptied regularly, which takes seconds, this unit has left my floors spotless. Setup was simple, the app is simple to use. I love that you can see the vacuum’s path/progress and block off areas as needed. Very happy with this unit!

I bought deebot maybe 2 month ago and this tools is so much helping me to clean my house since i don't have assistant,so i can do another work
