[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Deboot Ozmo 920 since mid August. Admittedly, I was very skeptical when my husband brought the Deboot home as I have never used a robotic vacuum before. However, after using it for a few weeks, I have to admit that this little robotic vacuum is a definite time saver and I was surprised at how well it can clean my floors. I also appreciate the mopping features and it does a good job with no streaks on my hardwood floors. The features and price of the Deboot Ozmo 920 are top notch and work just as well if not better than other leading brands. The laser mapping and software work very well, and having the ability to setup virtual "no go" zones is a definite asset and allows you to dynamically set up zones while mapping which prevent it from getting tangled in cables behind furniture. The multi-floor feature also works well, and the robot has always been able to successfully identify which floor it is on and automatically chooses the appropriate map. Now that the additional charging station is available for purchase, I will likely buy this to avoid having to move the charger between floors. Overall, I have been very pleased with the Ozmo 920 and after showing friends and family, they have also expressed an interest in owning one.

We had previously bought a Rhoomba robot but didn't like it's navigation and it easily got stuck. So we purchased this one and loved it. The navigation works amazingly well. We even use it on both floors (however it is a little difficult to avoid getting the maps mixed up transitioning back and forth).The mop doesn't really scrub well, it just drags the cloth behind it and squirts out some water.

I think that one day many people will wonder how they lived without this. Kinda like the dishwasher today. It is life changing. No more mopping and vacuuming! Especially with pet hair. Love my Bot!

This has been the best experience so far for me with a robot, the mapping feature is pretty cool and i love the virtual boundaries, it cleans well and mopping works too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been meaning to get a vacuum robot and did quite some research before I finally commit to this specific model. It is a hefty price to pay for a vacuum robot, but it’s also very worthy for what I am getting. Being one of the newer model in the lineup, it comes with an app that lets you map your house layouts, control cleaning schedules and link up to Alexa for easy access. As a woman, the one major issue I struggle with on a daily basis is hair getting everywhere. The hand-held vacuum cleaner gets stuck way too often with my long hair and I had to clean that quite frequently. During the three weeks of me switching to this vacuum robot, I haven’t once needed to clean tangled hair out, and that my friend, is a win. I also enjoy it’s mopping functionality for using on wooden floors. Overall, I think it’s a good investment that will last a long time and improve the quality of life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! It works on a schedule and keeps our house so clean. If we make a mess, it’s easy to designate that area to be recleaned. It also manages our multi-story house so well, and stores multiple maps. Bonus: It’s so easy to switch to mopping mode and hit our floors a few times a week too - what a nice change from our previous cleaning schedule and hassle!

I love that the app for this vac shows a map of your house and you can track where the vac has cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this while reviewing Roomba alternatives ... but found the mopping feature very appealing. Amazing handling for obstacles and identification of map changes (doors closed/open) . Jumping over higher obstacles . Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recommended by a friend, excellent little cleaning robot, one charge can cover 2 floors of our 3-floor house. Filters, brushes and dust bin is very easy to be cleaned. The app is also fairly intuitive to use. The only con I can think of so far is that in order for the multi-floor functions to work, the charging dock needs to be relocated to different floors along with the robot. But I’ll probably buy another dock in the future and put them on each floor. Great product! Definitely recommended!

I chose this vacuum after seeing the the vacuum wars review of its big brother. This is an excellent vacuum, I love the fact that it mops and knows where the carpet is so I have to watch it. The only room for improvement is the application, as an IPhone user, it doesn’t give me a notification when it is done. Also, are no virtual walls, but the area keep out works really well. Overall, this bot is better than its main competitor Roborock S6 and S5, which I returned to get this one.

I have a dog and no carpets so my home always looked dirty. Even when I vacuumed, five minutes later dog hairs would find there way out of hiding spots. She does such a thorough job, my floors have never looked better. Now instead of living in a dirty house, I live in a spotless house. I have so much more time to do everything else that needs doing. She is easy to use and my dog is fine with her. I have recommended her to everyone and already got a friend to buy one!!

The app is great and it does a good job cleaning. I’m excited to try it throughout our full main floor soon. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is just that I haven’t used it super extensively yet. I’ll update this review with my experience!

I have had the OZMO 920 for a few weeks now and it has everything I was looking for - multifloor mapping, smart navigation, zone detection, mopping. So far it hasn't got stuck anywhere. It works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very powerful smart, and long-lasting robot. I can't wait to leave a positive comment here. A few years ago, I first knew Ecovacs robot at my friend's place. The one I chose for myself is a much smarter version with most importantly, a long battery life. Unlike 950 with a 200 min cleaning, my place is not as big so 920 is already good. It does the job very well, picking up food debris, and my long hair. I have hard floor, the moping option is also very nice! The noise is acceptable. One thing I have to say is the guide for on/off switch is misleading, I actually spent quite a long time trying to find it--there is a lid on top of the robot, so you have to lift it to find the switch, but this is not well-explained in the manual. Overall, this is my first robot, and I'm very satisfied with this assistant. With the current discount, the price is competitive.

Currently, I have a Xiaomi first-generation robot vacuum at home. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. My condo is 1000 sqt, which takes it around 20min+. But since my home is hardwood throughout, I always want to get a mopping vacuum that can clean the floor better. That’s also the main reason I go for 920, the mopping function. Comparing Xiaomi and Ozmo, Ozmo is definitely more hi-tech with a higher price tag as well. Ozmo can set a virtual barrier via app, which is very convenient for me. Since I always clean bathroom manually to prevent water damage to the robot vacuum. Originally with Xiaomi, I need to use those sticky magnetic tapes, which is no nice-looking and a bit hard to clean. Ozmo can cross or bypass the cables and slippers better than Xiaomi. It happens several times before that I need to save Xiaomi coz I forgot to hide the cables away, but so far for Ozmo, it handles these situations pretty good. The vacuum result of Xiaomi and Ozmo are very close, both are clean and meet my expectations. Regarding the mopping function, one prerequisite is you need to vacuum before mopping, otherwise, the pad can get dirty within minutes. Mopping is not bad I would say, not as good as I thought, probably I just set the standard too high:P Overall, you can feel the floor is cleaner than vacuum-only, especially with barefoot. Mopping can take longer time and I need to refill once in between to get the full coverage. Besides if you have any sticky stain, especially those greasy ones, don’t expect these to be spotless.

I've used several robot vacuums, but this one is by far the best. It created a clean map of my house with no problem and, thanks to its lower profile, it was able to clean under most furniture. When it comes to vacuuming and mopping, it does a truly outstanding job. The best part is that you don't have to sacrifice anything with this model. It also has some pretty creative features that weren't included in previous Deebot models. For instance, the multi-floor mapping makes it a lot easier to clean both upstairs and downstairs, without having to remap each time. You can even select certain rooms to be cleaned twice, without having to reassign the task. There's floor profile sensing, which detects when the vacuum is on a rug or a carpet and adjust the vacuum suction power accordingly. These are all major improvements and a major upgrade to the 901 model. Did I mention that this device looks amazing also. I was truly impressed and couldn't be more happy with this vacuum.
