Sturdy and works well.

I wish Home Depot or the Everbilt sold the rubber base separately. The rubber base failed (sheared) after 1 year of use. I ended up buying a new unit to replace this expensive hardware.

Very convenient way to prop open a door without looking for a wedge doorstop. We put these on doors that need to be propped open during the day or when we are moving furniture or other items through. They install with 4 screws and can be kicked down or up with one foot. Nice!

The rubber wears out too soon and then you have to buy the whole thing again. Getting tired of it.

It matches the other doorstops we have and was simple to install.

Cheaply built and the rubber foot does not grab well because it isnt really rubber.

You do have to kick it down

Sturdy door holder and it stays put on tile or other smooth flooring

Holds door open securely, easily moves up and down.

The kick itself is good, but the included screws are substandard. I predrilled according to instruction, and used a screwdriver by hand, but one screw snapped off easily before I even got it close to driven.

Door stopper works very well even for a heavy door.

2 out of the 8 screw heads broke off during installation. Also, the recommended pilot hole sizing is off.

I have a commercial store with 4 doors. These stops get used multiple times a day. We have broken every one of the cheaper ones. We have never broken one of these

This does a great job of holding our door open on a wooden floor.

So far seems to be excellent quality. Keeps open the gate in our parking garage so in the elements constantly

Carefully inspect the attachment screws. Followed the pre-drill instructions, but one screw's head broke of during installation and is lodged in the door.

It does not do a good job keeping the doors open... :(

Use these at all our restaurants and they hold up well.

Works well. Have to hesitate to use, due to it having three locations it stops at. But other than that it works as promised.
