I had an old door lock set on the front door and no new lock set would fit. I ended up using an electronic lock with just a simple handle instead of a more complicated setup. But, that left me with an odd hole in the door that needed to be covered. This push plate worked great. I put one on the outside and inside so they matched. And I added a coordinated kickplate as well. They look great.

It's aluminum with a polished brass finish. It matches my existing brass lock and door knob perfectly. The height and width is a perfect fit to replace my original brass plate, which is very old, very tarnished and wore out. Being aluminum, the new plate is super easy to drill holes for the lock and door knob. The price is right on these. I'm thrilled with the price, ease of installation and final result. My attached picture shows me holding the old plate up next to the new.

We purchased this to use in an unusual way. We had to take out several pieces of ceramic tile behind the shower knobs and water spout. We used this to cover over the hole we made and the satin blended in with the chrome fittings. Looks good. Better than a whole new tile job.

Bought this plate to use as external SS plate(s) to secure a wall mounted bathroom cabinet/sink to our cement block external wall in Sarasota, FL. Bought 10" SS bolts and hardware (different source) to accomplish the task in a hurry. The 15" SS plate was cut in 2 and attached pic shows the result. Only broke one of the 4 SS bolts during the installation. HD came to rescue with long 1/4-20 threaded rod to finish the job. Not pretty, but getting the job done. Have not dressed up the outside plates yet, but they accomplished their task!

I was looking for something to put on my back door to keep my dogs from scratching on the wood, this was the perfect answer. No more damage tot he paint and wood.

Cost effective. Easy to install.

The item was what is claimed to be. I liked the protective sheet to prevent scratching during installation.

Push plates were exactly what I needed. They were the perfect width for the door frames; other ones that are a half-inch wider would have been too wide. They were easy to install as they came with all of the needed wood screws. The finish is perfect and seems to not show fingerprints as much as stainless steel ones might have shown.
