This is a great tee hinge for any outdoor project such as a garden or side yard gate. I like the quality of the build, which appears to be stamped stainless steel with a permanently mounted hinge pin and rubber/plastic washers between the leaves. The included screws match the finish and appear to be stainless as well. All of that will come together to make a durable hinge that will likely outlast the wood it's attached to.

Pretty standard metal hinge, this one seems to come in a pack of one so don’t forget to buy in pairs. As with most Everbilt hinges, this comes with color matching Philips head screws to secure your hinge. Unfortunately, it also looks like the final finishing was less than ideal as I can see abrasive patters clear on the finish just from looking at it in the package. Bottom line, if you’re using as a utility hinge or around the shop, it does the trick. Don’t expect a great looking hinge with this model.

These are the best Tee hinges for the heavy "two by four" gates on our deck because they are built to handle the kind of weight that these gates have. We use them in a salty and moist environment and they should hold up very well. We had previously used galvanized hinges and latches but decided to go with these stainless hinges (and a stainless latch) because they are heavy duty and should perform well in the beach environment. I would by all means consider these hinges to be heavy duty, since they are pretty beefy in construction. They have a nice satin stainless finish and have some actual stainless steel in them. They aren't 100% stainless as I could feel a light pull with a magnet on the body and enough pull on the screws that I can just pick them up. Not sure what mix or type stainless they are but not top of the line, plenty enough for a hinge though.

Everbuilt Heavy Duty 4 inch stainless tee hlnge has a 30 lbs. Working load rating. Should your project be heavier than the rating add more hinges. You'll require at least 2 hinges that = 60 lbs. 3= 90 lbs and so on. Because the Everbuilt Heavy Duty 4 in tee hinges are stainless steel painting is not required but if you choose to paint I recommend that you lightly sand the surface with 200 grit sand papper and use alcohol wipe.

This 4inch Everbuilt Heavy Duty Tee Hinge will serve you well if looking for a sturdy hinge that will last. The hinge will close fully and open to approximately 285 degrees. With three pre-drill holes on each side of the ginger that will accommodate pan head screws, the hinge will properly secure to doors and/or cabinets and allow for proper closure.

The Everbilt 4 inch tee hinge is a well built hinge. The hi nge is made from high quality materials and the stainless steel finish is a very nice looking finish. It will work great for many projects and I'm planning on building a window seat box and using the hinges on it. It should stand up very well and I highly recommend these hinges for Pros to DYIers.

This hinge is suitable for applications outside in the weather, such as for the fence gate. The stainless steel material used guarantees that it will withstand moisture and water. Mounting hardware is also included. It operates very smoothly, thanks to the bearing design that avoids metal to metal contact. This seems to be a high quality product that should last for a long time.

Used these t hinges to install doors on a crate I made for a theater group , They worked well for my needs as the doors were afterthoughts and needed a hinge that could work in and out. Using other hardware they worked out great .The support of the doors was overkill but the stainless steel material was better feeling for our needs less sharp edges etc.

Used these on a chicken coop door and a chicken run. The later used treated 2x4 lumber that was very wet. They are very sturdy. I thought I would need 3 for additional support but 2 is holding up very well.

These are amazingly steing hinges for the size. I used 2 for a 3 1/2’ gate.

I could not use them. I needed larger and heavier duty hinges.

Good project parts. Just what I needed.

Small gate and it worked fine med. load. Beef up the screws.

I used these for a shed I built. Selected the stainless steel due to the exterior environment and think it was a wise choice over the zinc plated ones. Added benefit was that the screws were included so I didn't have to purchase those. Only time will tell on how these stand up. Sometimes wish they came with some bigger screws as typically they probably support more weight.
