I'm a carpenter with 25 years of experience, I tried to many brands of gloves, all of them are good, but after tried the new Dura-knit, I can say I found the perfect ones for my job. I'm happy with all the features but specifically with the grip, is extremely good, I can do everything plus I can handle every kind of tool. I feel confident and comfortable using this gloves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gloves were great to work with, the silicone grip kept my tools from slipping when it mattered the most. Very breathable, durable and keep my hands cool. I didn't get any splinters or thorns from wood boards or from leaves and pine tree branches. I'm sure I'll buy another pair when I wear these down. Great job Firm Grip!

I recieved these gloves and have had nothing but good things to say. I started using them for yard work and they held up extremely well. I am an electrician and we use all sorts of materials and these gloves made my life and job easier. There are very tough and definitely live to their name!

Back in March the team at Firm Grip Gloves sent me a pair of their new Dura-Knit gloves to review and I have been using them for just about everything ever since. I wanted to make sure that I gave them a good run before leaving any sort of review. So I put them through the paces. I moved a few hundred board feet of hardwood, sheet after sheet of plywood, and used them to prepare some old barn wood for a friend. From there the Dura-Knit gloves have been used for hauling garbage and yard debris. The last test was the “hard labor” test - shoveling and moving countless cubic yards of dirt, digging trenches, and laying drains and sprinklers. The first two pair of Firm Grip Gloves I bought last summer for the backyard project ended up wearing out a little prematurely and the Firm Grip team didn’t hesitated replace them and send me a pair of leather gloves to try. I wanted to see how these knew knit gloves compared to the two other pairs. I was surprised. They held up a lot better than I thought. I wasn’t sure the palms of the gloves would hold up as well as my leather pair and I was worried about the knit getting snagged and stringy. The palms held up. You can see some wear in the pictures but the grip has lasted and the knit held up way better than I expected. There have been a few snags but nothing that affected the integrity of the gloves fit, feel, and function. After three months of near-daily use I think they’re a keeper. I’ll probably pick up a couple more pairs to keep as spares. I’d put these in the medium-duty category and we’ll see how they hold up after the backyard is done. Maybe they’ll surprise me again.

Gloves perform awesome and have nice little holes on fingers that allow them to stay cool. Only downfall was that the rubber grips on palm side of gloves fall off easily.

It's not very often when you have hands that are more like bear paws you find a glove that fits. These gloves are super comfortable and offer superb protection from all sorts of hazards. After hours of milling walnut, metal work and of course yard work, I found the Dura-knit gloves to offer awesome protection. Not one splinter, cut or blister. I would absolutely recommend Dura-knit Gloves! On a side note, it may not be recommended, but I also washed them after yard work and they came out the same vibrant color as new.

I love the grip on these gloves. I had to rip down a lot of lumber and these really saved my hands. Another thing I really liked is my hands weren't sweaty the whole time. The Dura knit lets them breath.

I use the gloves to work and my truck into an overland capable truck. They hold up to the sparks from cutting metal, to keeping grip when covered in oil and grime

I use these gloves for everything but concrete, I have a pair of water resistant gloves I use for concrete. I have put these things through hell and they have held up great. They also seem like they would be great for colder weather due to material they are made of and fit on the hand. Highly recommend these.

These glove breathe!! My hands didn't get too hot and sweaty even being in them for nearly 8 hours.

Feels great. They are light gloves and don't get hot. The palm delivers a nice grip and protection.

These gloves are perfect for hard work (lifting, lumber) and easier work (gardening, landscaping). They fit well and are easy to put on and take off. I like that the fingers aren't baggy so I can actually feel with them. They come in sizes so aren't a 'one size fits all' glove. They are also very durable. I've been using mine in the garden and yard for two years now with no wear and tear and no holes.

Got these right as we were finishing up some demo and starting some earth work - gave me solid grip on wood as we were disassembling, as well as enough dexterity for controls on our mini excavator. The only issue I had was the cuff being a little big, but thats more my odd hand size and wrist combo. Love these gloves for when I need to "feel" what I'm doing but want good protection.

These gloves are great. The fit is perfect, the grip is amazing. They flex so nice. I've used them daily in the woodshop, yard work, framing, laying pavers and even fixing the kitchen sink. Firm grip nailed it with these. Nice work.

The gorgeous complementary coloring of orange, gray, and black makes them visually perfect. Comfort was clearly a high priority when these gloves were designed. One of the most comfortable pairs of work gloves my husband owns for sure. These have 3D knit technology and have a flexible form-fitting design. The wrist also adjusts allowing for no slippage. The grip is strong and allows for holding anything without fear of slippage. Anything from using a hammer, baseball bat, or even opening a jar is not a problem at all.

As I was moving into a new house I needed a glove that would help me have a secure grip on everything that I moved and this glove is exactly what I was looking for it doesn't feel like a glove or like you get the plasticiness which restrains the movement of your hand properly it literally feels like a sock on your hand where you can use it anyway you want and there is no restriction there are no seams that bother you and it works great

I use these gloves in my wood shop. Even with rough cut lumber, may hands stay protected. They work well with my phone as well. Easy to activate the screen when starting and stopping my video recordings.

The glove has a great feel and fits great. It reminds me of athletic gloves. It is light and flexible. Unfortunately I work in construction and particularly in demo where I am exposed to nails and lumber. The knit on the gloves has not held up and has begun to unravel and snag. Its a nice glove but it is not great for high exposure to sharp items. The pictures are from one day of use.

I've been using these #duraknit gloves in my woodshop and for outdoor projects around the house. They have performed awesomely. First they are very easy to get on and off, the velcro closure works very well. The Dura-Knit material really does work in keeping my hands from sweating, the knit material allows my hands to breath and that scores high for comfort. Finally, I have found that the grip is superb! Whether I'm holding material or tools, I'm confident in my grip and know that my hands won't be sliding around. I have definitely enjoyed using these gloves and will plan to add a few more pairs to have them around in different places. And of course they knocked it out of the ball park with the color!!

These gloves are great. I love the grip on them but it doesn't impact the dexterity of my fingers. The fabric is very comfortable and reminds me of my new balance shoe fabric. Very light and comfortable. There seems to be some padding in the knuckle are that has come in handy a few times. If these wear out I'm getting another pair!

These gloves are incredible. I've played a lot of sports in my life and these have a great athletic feel, without sacrificing any durability. Actually, it has increased durability, while being extremely comfortable and breathable. I would definitely recommend these!

Kept my hands safe while doing some remodeling... a bit snaggy with rougher lumber... breathe-ability is nice...

Use the marker to mark steel girders, use the gloves all the while handling joists and beams. Very comfortable and immediately got accustomed to wearing them.

I've used these gloves for yard work, handling plywood, operating a grinder, and so many other scenarios. They are my new favorite gloves. Breathable, amazingly grippy, and easily the most comfortable glove I've ever worn.

Solid pair of gloves. Durable you can actually use your phone while wearing them which is awesome. I do a lot of work with hand tools. Mainly carpentry, demolition and wood processing so these have been beaten up pretty good the last couple months with no rips. Good protection all around and a good grip even on small things like pulling single nails and screws from your pouch.

I'm a diesel mechanic and use these gloves everyday. They've outlasted every other glove I've owned. I go through a pair once every 2-4 weeks normally and I've had these DuraKnit gloves for almost 2 months now! Pretty incredible product I must say!

The knitting allows your hands to breathe and allows the glove to bend / flex in any direction. The extra padding is perfectly placed to protect your hands from blisters. I am so glad I picked these up!

These gloves really are the next step in comfort and durability. I'm extremely hard on gloves building furniture and drying wood for a living and they've held up even better than the Firm Grip Contractor gloves I've been using. They're far more comfortable, as well.

The dura knits are super comfortable and easy to work with in any job setting. Colors are awesome and make them easy to find in the shop. Would definitely recommend and will be buying multiple pairs!

I built a deck, layer floors, and remodeled a ford dealership and these withstood the punishment!
