I bought 4 cans of this expensive stuff and it didn’t work on my roof. It actually peeled right off after drying.

The product is a nice rubber and seem to spread nicely with a roller. I was not happy with how easy it came off just by hand. I applied it to a concrete wall inside i had roughed up then washed off with a wet reg.

Upon opening the container the contents was in a solid state … I tried using a stick to stir … no success … it flaked like ice … is a refund or replacement possible?

I would have given this product a five rating, but I have not seen how long it lasts and it is a little harder to work with than applying paint or varnish. I used about three gallons to heavily seal a stone floor on a balcony that was not properly installed. The subcontractor did not put a moisture barrier beneath the stone and mortar. The result was water finding its way into the wall and staining the wall board in our entryway. I poured and brushed to achieve about an eight of an inch thickness. This completely solved the problem of the leaking. Before doing this I received a quote to fix the problem that was over $30,000, so this solution made much more sense to me.

I made the mistake of installing Mexican pavers on my balcony which are very porous and absorb water. I tried different sealers but because water pooled up on the pavers it caused water to leak through the tiles and drip underneath the balcony. So I tried Flex Seal clear liquid and am quite impressed with the results. First the pavers have a nice new glossy look. Second, water can no longer penetrate them, it beads on the surface.

Absolutely does not work. As I write this my roof leaks Fifteen Gallons of water per room through the flex seal this rain storm alone based on Home Depot 5 gallon containers that I have through out my house. Water simply leaks through the Flex Seal as though it were not even their. Looks good; but it leaks terribly. Spent thousands of dollars. Needs a class action law suit. Be Warned!

Used the clear liquid glue to seal my log house inside & out. I best thing I could've done. Regular stain sealants weren't working & costing me thousands of dollars. This stuff has done the job.

My grandparents bought over 30 gallons for their basement that continously floods. We applied the paint to both the walls and floors following every direction on the can. We spent 900+ dollars repairing every room in the basement. One year later all the repairs we made were damaged and the basement was flooded as if we hadn't just fixed the leaks in the foundation. I recommend you don't waste your money or time with this product.

I put it on the back of a rug that had lost its backing but I wanted to save it as I loved the rug it worked beautifully.

Works great and looks great or should I clearly looks great. Did the job. Sealed my water pipe that seemed to want to drop before. But not now.

Flex seal worked great on my new little 650 gallon cement pond and water feature. The seal adhered to the concrete fabulously and looks great.

Absolutely the best product to keep water out of your house or anything else that you don't want damaged by water I love the brush on used three light coats to waterproof around my French doors that go out to my deck.

Went on great on top of my camper we will see how it holds up

Did not seal not happy at all put on new cylinder blocks in box style pond. I rolled it a brush in the corners. Filled it 3 days later. Leaked down overnight. Bought 2nd gallon still leaks down. Never again...

Painted bottom outside my 12ft aluminum boat not so good started to peel in places but I also replaced a roof vent in an RV and used it to seal any leaks and it worked great

Repaired My RV roof and seam's with the liquid,calk,paste, and tape. no more leak's.fantastic stuff.

I use this product to help fix older inflatable decorations with porus fabric. It works like a charm! I use a old paintbrush and evenly distribute the paste all over the fabric. The liquid is very thick so you need to be patient but at the end of the day it is totally worth it. Using this product saved three old christmas inflatables of mine. It is overall an awesome product that I highly recomend using.

I returned this product for the paste based on the recommendation of a carpenter. I used the FlexSeal Paste to seal around a window air conditioner. It did okay. Can any product advertised so heavily really meet or exceed expectations?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have an older concrete stationary/utility tub where my washing machine empties into. It is leaking underneath so I was hoping that using the Flex Seal Liquid would help me to seal off those leaks. The can opens easily just as a paint can & after stirring I applied with a brush. It did have a smell to it but it wasn't anything that was so strong that it was overpowering. The Flex Seal seemed to apply fairly easily. Unfortunately, when I went to test it out, my tub was still leaking just as badly as before. I'm hoping that maybe it's because I just need to apply a thicker/2nd coat so I will be giving that a try. It was a bit difficult to apply due to being on the underside of the tub. I also am not 100% sure that the concrete was dry. It looked dry on the surface but not sure if there might have been moisture within the concrete that impeded the ability of the product to work as intended. While I was disappointed with the result, I am not writing it off completely. I'm going to give it another shot & hope that with an additional coat, I will see the results I was hoping for.

As soon as I get my gutters clean I will give the flex seal a shot. All the reviews I have read have been pretty good. Thanks flex seal for the opportunity to try out your product.

You can brush it on, roll, dip or even pour it on, it can be used on anywhere you need a watertight, flexible coating. Prevents rust and corrosion and it’s even mildew and chemical resistant. It’s non toxic, non hazardous and non flammable, it’s even safe around pets and plants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the FLEX SEAL LIQUID in gray because i got a leak in my Sunroom Roof. The roof is out of Metal and it apears that the leak was right at the seal. I brushed some Flex Seal on the area, a couple days later, it rained and i did not have a leak anymore. I am so impressed with the Flex seal how great it works and how easy it is to use and highly recommend it !

We had a small hole on the outside of our concrete foundation and ants were steadily climbing into it. First I sprayed to get rid of the ants then I applied a generous coat of Flex Seal Liquid let that dry, applied a second thin coat to make sure the hole was sealed up and it worked perfectly.

My Husband waters all our Flower Beds every night and is Very particular about which Hose he has to work with. So of course it was a Major problem when his Favorite Hose sprung a leak. Of course he was going to throw it away until I stepped in and said to use my Flex Seal Liquid. Oh, he was very hesitant to try but but he did! He applied just one application of the Flex Seal Liquid on his hose and it sealed the hole which produced No leaks!! The Flex Seal Liquid now sits in my Husband's "Man" Garage being talked about with his Buddies!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Flex Seal Liquid is thick and provides great all weather protection. It is a little hard to apply and uses some elbow grease to spread it out. It fills small cracks and crevices helping to keep moisture out. Make sure to use this outside or in a well ventilated area because the smell is very strong. I couldn't recommend this product more.
