We got this faucet from homedepot.com on a sale of the day, which worked out great since our old faucet was starting to leak! The sale price seemed great for a faucet, especially a motion sensor faucet. We've never had one before, but have always been interested. My husband finally got around to removing the old faucet, which was quite a chore since it was starting to get corrosion into place and he needed to cut some of the metal to remove it. It took most of a day. Once he got the old faucet removed, he had the new motion sensor installed and working in only an hour. He's not a fixer upper man but it's working great, no leaks, and the motrin sensor function is working wonderfully. It is very pretty and sleek looking. Not very heavy material (the faucet we removed was old and very heavy!) so hopefully it's not going to break or corrode anytime soon.

I don't know how we lived so long without this faucet! We love everything about it! First it came very well packaged to protect it. Even though we are pretty handy around the house, we knew that removing the old faucet would probably be the difficult part and decided to save ourselves the hassle and hired our local plumber to install this for us. He had no issues with the installation and even commented that this was a good brand. The motion sensor and the pull down sprayer work perfectly. I love not having to touch the handle with dirty hands when prepping food. We've only been using it for 5 days, so only time will tell how it holds up and how long the batteries last, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I even got this on sale for $99 so it's a great value.

I wanted to upgrade my kitchen faucet. This was super easy to install. I was a little nervous with the battery pack, but it's easy! It works great and would highly recommend for the price! It so convenient have a faucet like this. No more finger prints or smuges, and most importantly germs.

So, after looking for a suitable replacement for a high-end kitchen faucet that was no longer working. I saw this faucet that upgraded my old (and not working) touch kitchen faucet. I placed it in the cart and then like most of us, was distracted by something else. The next day I received an email that an item in my cart was now on sale. The price difference was just too great and the over 7K positive reviews sealed the deal. Although it was delivered two days later than what I was originally told, it came in and was installed yesterday afternoon. First of all, let me just comment on the packaging. When I opened the box, I thought these guys must be owned by Apple. The packaging was amazing, the faucet itself was in a dust bag! (what! a dust bag?) even my installer was rather impressed with the packaging. But what he was most impressed with was the finish, quality, and ease of installation. I have to say I am so impressed and I am usually fairly persnickety about what gets installed in my house. This motion sensor faucet works flawlessly and looks, feels, and performs better than my previous high-end and overpriced faucet. BTW, I was concerned it would not fit/replace in my three-hole sink, I was wrong, it was a perfect fit. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!

I (female with minimal plumbing experience) installed this faucet 4 years ago with a baby crawling on my lap. Only took an hour or so. I think we’ve only replaced the batteries ONCE in four years. I will buy this exact faucet at every house I own. Only downside is that washing a metal bowl can sometimes trigger the sensor and turn off the water but still sooooooo worth it

From new to require repair in less than a week. Leaky handle turned this purchase into a nightmare. Then, after a strange process and mandatory waiver of product liability, the manufacturer sent a part to be replaced, a cartridge, without instruction on how to replace it. The true name of this product should be "Flaw" for bio-bidet deliberately selling a faulty defective product

It looks great and better than my old kitchen faucet. The instructions were easy to follow. The quality looks good. The handle can be installed sideways or front. The spray function has more pressure than my old faucet. Worth $$

leaked don't recommend, returning immediately. Hoses were to short for water supply.

First, I want to thank Russ for his previous review, very helpful pointers! The old faucet was calcified at the lines and the faucet handles, so what should have been a 30 minute project turned into 2 hours, something we have become accustom to in every undertaking we set out in in this 1975 built "Money Pit" of a home we are maintaining for my Father-in-law. See the pictures attached, they speak volumes!

Very easy to install. All the hook ups are on the unit. Love the NO TOUCH feature. Don't know how I lived without it before.

Until this week i woukd have given this 5 stars. However this week it has developed a leak at the joint between the sprayer and hose. Its a sealed joint area. Time to contact the manufacturer. Shame because its a nice looking faucet

I couldn't believe the quality of this faucet and it's function. Installation was a breeze and worked perfect when first turned on. Excellent choice and it goes great with our new sink. Instructions were perfect and will be the last faucet we'll ever never. Great buy for the money.

I bought this online. The description said it was touchless. I got it today and it is not touchless. I was confused and the description said no sensor now. HD changed the description after the sale. I know it was changed after because a customer asked if it was touchless and had an image of the description before HD changed the description. This is shady

It was an easy install. The counter weight snaps and removes easily on the main spray line and the at the designated point. The fabric water lines are color coded red and blue for hot and cold. (My wife had to open my eyes to that easily overlooked fact.) The plastic parts in the spray unit look cheap in my opinion, but all faucets have the same cheap plastic. We removed it from one sink to use it in another and it came apart and went back together easily. The fabric supply lines will bind if you don't hold them while tightening the nut. The rubber gasket that goes over all the hoses may need to be slightly stretched over the lines. Be gentle and it'll be fine. Have someone hold the faucet where they want it while you tighten the nut. I would recommend to a friend.

I installed this product myself - no plumbing experience. I've had for about 5 months now and no complaints. I love that when I'm prepping and cooking, I don't have to touch the faucet to wash my hands. Ultimately, I'm sure this will help the product to last longer as it will be less wear and tear on the mechanicals. I purchased at HD for a super great price. I recommend for anyone who does a lot of cooking to help avoid cross contamination in the prep process.

The faucet was pretty easy to install and works great. It makes the sink feel a lot more spacious considering we had a shorter neck before. Overall we’re happy with the product and I do recommend it especially for the price you pay.

The faucet has the excellent quality. Installing in a new sink took me about 20 minutes. Motion activated feature is very neat and convenient when your hands are dirty that you don't want to touch the faucet handle.

This faucet was easy to install and works great, for the price, it was just what I wanted.

There are two problems with this faucet which detract from its value. The hoses are too short which mean that you have to purchase extension hoses to extend to the inlet valves. The second problem is that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the water flow is very low. In my case the hot water flow was just a trickle. I finally discovered that the cause was small parts in the hoses (at the point they connect to the inlet valves) which are designed to restrict the flow. See the photograph. Once I pried these out with a small screwdriver the full flow was restored. Other than these issues the faucet works well and looks nice.

Love my new faucet .......very easy to install did it myself ......instructions plain and easy to follow...... absolutely worth the money...... very satisfied customer.

I was nervous to order a touch-less faucet but am now obsessed with it! We have been using it for about 3 weeks and it’s wonderful. The sensor does occasionally pickup the dishes I’m washing and turn off in the middle of washing, but that doesn’t happen often.

Works Perfect, great convenience when preparing food and your hands are wet. The handle mechanism feels extremely well made and operates smoothly. Faucet shuts off rapidly and responds immediately. I installed the Kohler Soap dispenser which is high quality and fantastic. Whole install time of faucet took less than 30-mins.

This faucet looks really and took less than 10 mins to install. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. I would become this product to anyone. It also delivered sooner than anticipated so it's all a win for me. The only done side is that when I pull the sprayer the faucet move. It could be nothing or my husband can tighten it a little more. We will see. Overall I would buy it again.

I am replacing my one-year kitchen faucet, this is the third one but waterlines are not reaching the valves. I will update this review.

We were skeptical about spending so much money on a faucet but it was definitely worth every penny! The FLOW Faucet works so well and looks wonderful! We were really pleased with how easy it was to install ourselves. We love the sleek texture of the faucet and the smart latch is probably one of the best things since my family can never put the spray head back in place. We have had the faucet for a few weeks now and it has been everything I wanted plus more. I never knew that I would use the motion sensor as much as I have. If you are on the fence about buying the FLOW faucet, definitely do it! I am so happy we made this purchase, it is my favorite thing in the kitchen!

Features work great. Feels almost plastic like/ cheap. All around I do like it. 4/5 if it didnt feel so cheap.

I purchased the Flow motion-activated kitchen faucet in response to a Home Depot one-day-only sale that reduced the cost by more than half the list price. I was not familiar with the Flow brand by bioBidet, but everything aspect of the product, its packaging, and installations conveyed a concern for quality. It was installed by a plumber during a remodeling project that included the addition of a kitchenette. Installation was straightforward, although it entails the added step of installing the battery-powered flow control device. The motion activation works as expected. A potential concern had been the placement of a soap dispenser and a small filtered-water faucet adjacent to the Flow faucet (see photo). We were not sure whether the faucet would be activated when we used the soap dispenser or the smaller faucet, but the Flow faucet requires that you place your hand within 3-4 inches of the sensor at its base to start or stop the flow of water. This technology has special significance in the context of the continuing pandemic. Although surface contamination appears to be less of a concern for COVID, it remains an issue for colds, flu, and other illnesses. The motion activation partly addresses this concern by eliminating repeated hand contact by multiple household members who could contribute to the spread of viruses and bacteria.
