A positive thing about my order was that the trees were well watered and not broken. Unfortunately I was disappointed that the size of trees were a mix of what I expected with many that were very small.

These are decent except for the termites being shipped with them, I moved them to location and began unpacking them when I came back from placing 2 the package had a termite crawling on it so not even sure which tree to check for the termites just having my bug people spray all of them.

Emerald till they weren't
I got these in early April, got them planted and cared for as instructed. I was very hopeful because they were so beautiful when arrived. But after a while they started drying out and 4 have died and 4 more are in the processes of dying. I've tried everything to keep them going but I have no choice but to pull them out. I noticed that the one once that died first didn't take roots and that's been 5 months since planted. Maybe I just got a bad batch but very disappointed.

This is my second Emerald Green Thuja. The first one died and I returned it. The second one is now in the process of dying. I replant them and care for them and would consider myself a reasonably experienced gardener.
I won't be trying a third one. I'll go elsewhere to buy.

All 13 are still doing well!
I ordered and planted 13 of these trees last summer/fall. They're all doing great so far. Growth isn't quite as fast as stated in the description, but understandable as plants take time to establish a good root system. I am now starting to add lanscaping rocks/edging now that I think we are in the clear of having any issues. We have used them to line our fence in the back for extra privacy once mature, and a sound barrier as we back up to other homes (echoing is a problem).

Really pleasantly surprised. I ordered these trees to eventually promote more privacy in my backyard. Each one came well packaged and in great shape. It’s been about a month now since I put my 8 little trees in the ground and they are thriving! Might come back for a couple more!

Very nice arborvitae plants. They came boxed very well and were very healthy plants. For the price just wished they would have been a little bigger. I bought 10 plants for a border. The average height was almost 3 ft but skinny plants.
