Assembly was manageable, mostly by one person. The heater works well. Can feel the heat for 4-6 ft. It did tip over in a very bad windstorm, despite sand in the base, but there was no damage. Now have it surrounded by some heavy chairs. We had a cover on it which, while protecting it, may have also contributed to the tipping because of wind getting under the bottom. Using a bungee at base now to keep it more taut. No complaints. Wish I’d bought a second one.

Good product. Not super easy to assemble and a little less than excellent quality but overall it does the job of keeping us warm on cool nights on the patio. Not tested yet below 50 degrees outside so hard to say how it will do in full winter, or how it will hold up in terms of quality. It does burn thru fuel pretty rapidly if you keep it on high, of course. We just consider ourselves lucky to have one as winter approaches during pandemic.

We have messed and messed with this unit and it just doesn't work. Home Depot wants to send us parts to take it apart and fix it ourselves. We unfortunately, bought it back in the summer and let it sit in the box too long, now we can't return it or even exchange it because they're out of stock.

Assembly was not hard, but not as easy as some reviewers say. But my biggest complaint is I need to sit very close to get any downward heat. If I stand, it is very warm, but who stands on their patio to relax? And, when a mild cool breeze came by the heater's effect was just about zeroed out. It is rated at 46,000 BTU. I wonder where that is measured. Since I never owned a heater like this before, I'm not sure how it would compare to others. I have been to restaurants with outdoor seating and they seemed to radiate a lot more heat while not seating directly under the heater.

This is our first experience with a patio heater & so far we are extremely pleased. The assembly was doable and the heat is lovely. Hoping it will extend out outdoor gatherings into the late fall, winter & spring since it looks like we won’t have many indoor spaces to gather safely.

We love this heater. It has made getting together with friends possible. Really warms the space nicely and truly does warm a 9ft radius. We are so glad we got it. Price was reasonable. We have used it a lot already. Totally worth it.

Problems from gas leaks to fire not high...

We bought this last week and are so happy with it. It puts out a lot of heat and keeps everyone warm several feet from the unit. It's easy to use and light, and easy to move around. We expect to use it all Fall, into the winter.

We really like this heater. It is easy to assemble, very easy to use, and gives off great heat, even in windy conditions.

Very poor quality and flimsy. The other fire sense heaters I got at Costco are on their end season and still firing up. These stopped working after a week. Customer service from the manager at the store was horrendous. Will never buy anything more than a screwdriver from that store again.

Unit came with a leak in the hose/head assembly. Been a nightmare to get customer service at the manufacturer to rectify under the warranty. Had it for couple months and still not able to even use the thing.

I bought this Patio Heater to sit outside in cold weather. It definitely provides heat but does not cover as much area as the product description. I can sit about 4 to 5 feet from the unit but the heat will fade further away then that. I asked several friends and they say that seems about right with all units like this. Also, on high heat, a 20lb propane tank only lasts about 5 hours. I still think it's a great investment and would recommend it, just need to stock up on propane and stay close to the unit.

We purchased a Firesense Outdoor Commercial Heater in Sept 2020. It's been chilly at night and since we're all home protecting ourselves from Covid, it's a great think to have. Works great...I highly recommend this product.

We bought this planning to spend more time outside in the fall. It was easy to put together but does require 2 people especially when getting ready to install to the higher pieces. We've used it 2x now and so far, has been working well. The flame does go out in a little bit of a high wind so that's a little bit of a downside. We like the height so that little ones are not running into the heating element.

I’m happy to say that this patio heater was very simple and easy to assemble. We like the color/finish and the overall look of the heater. It matches great with our patio furniture. We are still waiting for it to be cold enough to fire it up, so I can’t comment on the functionality yet. Only drawback so far is the longer than expected ship time due to Covid.

Just opened the boxes and assembled 3 of them. Fairly quick assembly time, heat shield might have been the only timely part. The heat given off is strong! We love them and I bought 3 for my patio.

Heater works well. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Instructions for installing the wheels are poor, but otherwise easy to follow. Hopefully will add some warmth to the coming autumn nights!

It was time to replace our 11 year old patio heater and we only considered replacing it with the same model. Great heater!!

Easy to assembly. Great value for the price.

Just put it together and tested it out. Assembly took about 90 minutes and was fairly easy. Though it is August and 90 degrees here, we tested it and it seems to be very powerful. Will not be using it for real for a few months.

Well constructed, easy to assemble and best of all: throws out heat very well.

Yikes! It caught on fire when we first turned it on and melted the upper area. It has good reviews otherwise so maybe we had a dud.
