Bought Glacier Bay N2420 toilet that had this dual flush valve installed and after 6 months, it leaks a refills the toilet every 30-45 minutes throughout the night waking me up! Found this replacement, sure its cheap, but why keep on buying this every few months?? My 15 year old Glacier Bay basic toilet only had its flapper valve replace twice! So, this is my fix to this bad design. Make the seal smaller by cutting 1/8" off the outside and pick up a 1/16" rubber gasket sheet from auto parts store and cut out the same seal and put it between the plastic disc and the white seal. This stopped the leak because the white seal expands over time from use and stops on the water directing channels. Also the white rubber seal develops the seal groove from use and since the arm is at its limit, the seal cant seal and leaks.

Big leak and tried 2 gaskets. Plug and play straight replacement. It was less of a headache to just buy this than mess around finding the right gasket. It took me 2 minutes!

We installed 3 of these toilets only 1 leaked. I just replaced the dual flush unit & found the leak was my fault. I used Clorax toilet tabs in the tank until I saw a post not to use them. It deteriorated the bottom rubber seal creating the leak. Problem solved! Anyone want to buy some unused Clolax tabs?

Fit the Glacier Bay one piece toilet perfectly and was easy to install.

Fit perfectly; however, the flush buttons that sit on the top outside of the tank were too long and had to be cut back to fit. If not cut back, the tank would have emptied constantly, because the assembly would have been in continuous operation.

The part was easy to get and easy to install.

It installed fairly easily and works well. I could not believe that Home Depot was out of it for an extended time. Have a Glacier Bay one piece dual-flush toilet only sold by Home Depot and they should maintain parts to support their exclusive products. Only available via shipping too, which further added to wait once back in stock.

I didn’t use it. Because I didn’t get it on time they offered to deliver. It more than one week later.

Worked great ?. Product doesn’t say that new push buttons come with it. Also if you have 2 pc toilet you only use the top half

It was installed and works like a charm, I just wish I could have pick it at the Home Depot store instead of on line. Or both it’s great when you have options.

My toilet was leaking but after replacing the old valve with this replacement valve my toilet is good as new.

The package was opened when it arrived and was either refurbished or restocked. Regardless, this "new" one leaked as well. The product might work, HD is not a supplier I trust, but they are the only supplier for this part in my area

First ordered was lost.... delivery indicated it arrived at store... never notified, went by store... could not locate it... ordered another one... came in few days later, no problem.... item itself was excellent and installed easily
