DECORATIVE ADA BATHROOM SHOWER GRAB BAR IN BRIGHT STAINLESS STEEL" will do the trick. Install is simple using the hidden screw holes. once you locate your studs to mount to or use some weight rated drywall anchors. once mounted simple snap the decorative covers over the screws & you are done. the Bright stainless steel is a very nice finish & could be confused for chrome. very happy with this.

You Can not Beat having a Good SOLID grab point when needed. This Bar is long. mounting is easy. mark your wall for studs use the provided screws & screw it to it. Pop on the decorative covers& you are done.. its very quick & simple.

This Grab bar is very nice! We purchased it along with a 42 " to use in my mother in law's home. It's stainless steel and is high quality although it feels lightweight after you've used the bolts etc that come with it it's very sturdy! She is very excited to have something to hold onto too after her recent fall. We shopped different stores but this one from HD is excellent and better priced than similar ones we looked at. It was easy install because it comes with instructions and the hardware necessary.

This grab bar came with everything you needed to attach to your wall! It feels lightweight but once you've attached it using the bolts etc that come with it it's very sturdy! We attached to the wall in my mother in law's home to help aid her in getting down a hallway to her bathroom. She uses a cane now however she has this to steady her. She weighs about 175 lbs and it has so far held up under her weight. It's stainless steel and cleans / sanitizes easily. It's good quality compared to some we looked at other stores. She is very pleased.

We ordered this Voisin 42 in. x 1-1/4 in. Decorative ADA Bathroom Shower Grab Bar in Stainless Steel for my 88 year old uncle who is now living with us. He requested a long enough bar that could be accessed both sitting and standing, so we ordered this 42" bar. It is made entirely of stainless steel, can hold up to 500 lb, and is ADA compliant. Although Franklin Brass has a whole set that goes with this style bar like towel bars & toilet paper holders & robe hooks, we only needed this grab bar. The bar is actually longer than the stated 42", it's actually a little over 45" with the round wall mounts. It's 2.83" off the wall. We like the style of this unit as it doesn't have the usual industrial or commercial look, which is nice. It came double boxed & well packaged and there were no issues with damage because of that. The Franklin ADA bathroom shower grab bar is very well made and made from stainless steel. What I don't like is that the mounting holes do not align with normal wall stud spacing. In my opinion any grab bar should be mounted to a wall stud. If building a home you would need to install mounting boards between the studs for this to mounted with no worry of it coming loose. I did not install it because I want one that I can mount to wall studs.

We have just spent a bundle updating out bathroom. We wanted a clean modern look but as the new trend of “retire in place”, we wanted and needed grab bars but didn’t want that old hospital look. We ordered a number of less costly products but none worked or were of inferior quality. Now this grab bar really matches our requirements. It is modern. Easy to install except we needed a professional to drill into the tile. Once that was done, it is just a matter of screwing into the wall. We didn’t need the extra mounting hardware as we had the shower built with strategically placed bracing.

The grab bar is shiny stainless steel, very attractive and very sturdy. A great way to hang towels and provide safety.

It was attractive but not practical to install. The escutchon plates that cover the screws to mount into the wall do not slide back far enough for us to install properly with a drill. So it was returned.

I wanted chrome. But not what I got

Beautiful grab bar for our shower. We wanted something that looked less industrial than what might be seen in a hospital room. This is a much more visually attractive grab bar that serves the need perfectly.

The supplied screws were too soft. Even with careful pre-drilling, the Phillips screw heads were damaged during installation. Harder stainless steel screws are needed, ideally with square drive or star drive(they don't show). Or supply your own screws.

I bought these grab bars for my bathroom and kitchen. It is easy to install. In my bathroom, it is used as grab bar and towels hanger. In my kitchen, it is used as pull bar of 6-foot-wide custom made drawers. This grab bar is fit perfectly, looks modern, and strong as well.

Very nice looking. Doesn’t look institutional. Nicely matched the look of all the other chrome stuff I purchased for the bathroom. Most important, Grammy is a big fan.
