The AC was easy to install. I had a 15K before, slid the old one out, and new one in. all fit. only thing i didnt like, i ordered well before deadline for delivery next day that HomeDepot advertised - didnt show up till late the following day on saturday: all my help was busy -- cant install by yourself. all good. its running. 12 hrs went from 85 in shop to 72. in 24 hrs it was nice at 66. shop 32x32 with an additional attached kitchen for catering. kitchen stays ok with a fan pulling from shop.

This was just the a/c unit that we needed. We had to purchase 2 because the size of the room required it. Our VBS was a success as the room was cooled and the children were happy.

The fan could be stronger. I spent a few days installing in my garage. The most difficult thing when buying is figuring out the plug configuration. Y’all should include a picture of the plug on your website. The website also seemed to have issues with my military discount being applied. Customer service on the phone was no help. Deleting the order and starting over seemed to fix the issue.

Works great! Cools the whole first floor well and is quiet.

I rated this average only because you must post a rating to make comments. It's far too soon after purchase to rate any window A/C, & that's coming from a guy who's had many over a lifetime. This unit replaced another Frigidaire that lasted 10 years, which replaced yet another Frigidaire that lasted at least 10 years. Left the original case in place for both replacements, as all 25k BTU Frigidaires have identical dimensions, making subsequent installations a snap. Here in the hot South, we use A/C practically year round, so lasting 10+ years proves these 25k BTU Frigidaire window units are durable & reliable. However, Home Depot repeatedly mishandled the delivery of this model it does not stock in stores in my area. Also, do your homework before choosing a HD ProReferral installer, as their work quality, availability, & prices vary widely. Finally, a tip: Install big units like this in the UPPER part of a double-hung window. Cool air sinks, so the higher up the air starts, the further it will go. Hence, this unit cools my whole ground floor.

Ordering was a breeze, unit runs quiet & cools great. Shipping notifications were on a timely manner.

I had a hellish pickup experience. Home Depot emailed me to say the product was ready for pickup; an hour later thanked me for picking it up (I hadn't). Called store; they promised to get back to me and never did. Called again, on hold 15 minutes, nobody picked up the phone. Went to store, they insisted it was picked up (it wasn't). An eternity later, someone actually checked the stock room and brought it out to me ("We must have a problem with our system.") No apology. No discount. So unnecessary. The air conditioner took two hours to assemble and install. Had to buy/install a new outlet because the plug was different than my last air conditioner. The air conditioner seems to work fine. Too much hassle in getting it though, it left a bad feeling about shopping at Home Depot.
