Very quiet and cleans well!
This is a great washer! Easy to use and I like all the choices of wash cycles. It is also very quiet, which is great because it is located in a closet in my kitchen. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great Features
So far I love my washer. The feature to add 50 Oz of detergent is a great added bonus. I also love the sanitize setting, which I've used quite a bit. Overall great product that I would recommend.

Made me a believer
This machine made me a believer that a good front load washer exists. I've never experienced any musty odor from the seal. The microban and vent fresh technology is excellent. Efficient laundry auto-dispensing gets clothes clean and saves me money. This washer is better on garment wear and tear than any top load I ever owned.

Wrong door color!
BE AWARE - The door and vent shown in the photo are NOT BLACK. It is silver. We ordered this specific model for a black door. GE consumer relations has no idea why the photo is incorrect and everyone is receiving washers with silver doors.

Caution: PUMP will randomly run even when machine
The washing machine is wonderful….with the unnerving exception that the PUMP will randomly start running … even though the power was off and the door was open!!! Praise God we were home when suddenly we heard the machine running!

New 650 front load washer
So far so good! Just had my washer installed less than 2 weeks ago. It’s very easy to use, luv the ability to change the settings, once I googled how to videos. Not sure if the noise it makes when in the spinning cycle is normal tho (sounds like a jet engine taking off). Front load is new to me since my old reliable kenmore lasted 23 years, so we’ll see how this goes.

Poor Quality
Brand new washer leaks detergent and fabric softener from the control panel on the right side of the washing machine. The dispenser is located on the left side, so it is running all the way across the panel. I'm waiting for something to short out before my service appointment next week.

Smart!
Delivered yesterday, didn’t have a chance to stay and play with the features as we had dinner plans. Setup the app with the WiFi, easy install and left a load washing. While at dinner, I saw in real time how my load was progressing, amazing!!!! 4 stars for now until I wash a few more loads. Love the design too!

Niiiiice!!

Best washer I’ve had to date with tons of features
After receiving this washer yesterday and trying it out I’m blown away by the quality of product and the wash it does. My clothes felt very clean and dry at the same time making it easier and faster to dry clothes. Best washer I’ve ever had so far and not only that but tons of features that makes life easier.

This washer is high tech. I love the ultrafresh vent that prevents odors. The odorblock is wonderful. SmartDispense will save me time. You can't beat the 1 Step Wash + Dry for small loads!! Time Saver gets that small load done in 35 minutes. WiFi will help you monitor and control your washer from anywhere and receive real time alerts. The quiet control is pretty amazing.
