I wanted a washer that would wash extra large loads, even big items like blankets, and this one fits the bill. I've used it almost a year now, and I am satisfied with it. I love the large capacity tub but often have to use a stick to retrieve washed socks at the bottom of the deep tub, as I cannot reach them (I am 5' 5" tall). I've only used the water station once, and it did fine. I love the automatic detergent-dispensing feature; I just fill it up and let it go for many loads. Like all HD machines now, they don't provide enough water in each load for my liking so I use the deep fill feature quite often. Once in a while, the washer becomes unbalanced when washing towels. My clothes come out clean. Although the glass lid looks nice, it scratches easily and fogs up once the washer starts. Overall, I am glad I bought this machine.

I love my GE washer so much! So many cycles to choose from to fit my washing needs. Also, I love that I can fill it up with the detergent with the auto sensing feature!

The washer is a little tall for a short person like me. I have to get a grab it to get the clothes out. Other than that it is fine.

My wife likes her new washer with agitator. My kids play sports and their uniforms get dirty and sweaty. Washer does an awesome job on cleaning them. 

This is the worse washer I have ever had! It is even worse than the LG which is why I got another washer. The deep fill and deep rinse is a joke unless you are washing 3 pieces of clothing. I have to stand there and wait until "fill" comes up and open lid until it fills satisfactory or until it stops. Sometimes, with quilts or large loads, I have to fill buckets( usually 4) of water and dump them in for it to be full enough! Then there is no low spin option, so large loads or quilts un-balance machine. Then it won't just stop until you move clothes/large loads, or bedding evenly. It starts filling the machine again and and again. Then it drains and your clothes aren't rinse. Of course you do not know this until you are taking clothes out of washer. So then, you have to put it on "speed wash" to rinse. Of course you have to stand there to make sure it does not unbalance again! Sine there is no low spin and you are washing something deliate, you can't stop the machine as the lid stays locked even if you press the power button. And lastly, the model # is not clearly visulized. I guess I shoul have told the delivery guys, "wait. I have to write down model # from back of machine" DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. I thought since it was a "GE", it would, of course be a good buy.

Washer has so many settings and can deep fill to get a better clean. Wash blankets and comforters as well.

Love the WiFi alerts when laundry is done

Great washer with lots of features has an agitator which we like and wanted other washer didn't have one waded up the clothes.

Has all the bells and whistles as our 4 year old Maytag, before it conked out. Had to have an agitator on our next one. Can’t fix the new ones. Hopefully we have better luck with this GE.

This washer has a huge capacity and does a fantastic job. I have washed clothes, towels, rugs, etc and all have been cleaner than when I had my old washer. Very impressed.

I have been incredibly pleased with my GE washer. My clothes are very clean when the cycle is finished. I do typically select the deep fill option just to make sure that my clothes are fully emerged in water. It has worked out great. It is very quiet and there are so many features to select from. In regards to hooking it up to my wifi, I haven't completed that process so I cannot give any feedback about it. The one thing that doesn't bother me at all but I could see how people of a shorter stature would have problems with, is how deep the base is. I do have to stand on my tip toes to reach the items in the bottom and I am 5'8. I am fine with that because I prefer a larger capacity washer to stretching a bit to reach inside. I absolutely recommend this washer.

The wife loves it.

Working great so far, no problems clothes are clean. Only down side is I have to show my wife how to pick which settings to pick every time.

Just receive my washer today, waiting on the dryer. So far I'm in love with the appearance. Very smooth and sleek. Barely hear anything in my wash room, easy to operate, I enjoy the see-thur lid and the display panel. Another reason for purchasing the pair is to pair with Alexa, unfortunately I didn't know I needed to purchase GE ConnectPlus for wifi. It would have been nice to purchase it with the appliances. Beautiful pair, I would recommend .

GREAT APPEARENCE AND THE WASH MACHINE IS HUGE. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THAT IT DOESN'T USE ALOT OF WATER.

Thought this was a direct drive model,but this is the belt motor, so it is louder. Direct drive is the 845 model for a few dollars more. 845 model boasts quiet wash with dynamic load balancing, but same out of balance problems most likely still persists. Only difference may be the quietwash because of the direct drive motor instead of the belt motor. I bought GE because reviewers said the deep fill provided the most water levels. My experience is the ge fills 75% of the tub. Other manufacturers didnt have the higher water levels, but they also dont have the out of balance problems. So pros and cons to every manufacturer and brand. Now i have to return the ge washer dryer set just because the washer is not balancing. Should have read the 3 star reviews which were correct with the out of balance issues. This is an engineering and design flaw, not a manufactured defect. Matching steam dryer is nice, but it may have ripped a hole in a shirt. If GE can fix this one issue with out of balance problems, then this set would be a 4 star set, otherwise average to below average for new technology in 2020. Sad also because GE Corp is failing as a stock as well, simple fixes like balance may help save the company's fading image.

Bought this washer because it was similar in size and features to the one it was replacing. It has worked flawlessly and clothes come out nice and clean. Spin cycle drains water so well it reduces dryer time and saves on energy bill. Auto detergent dispenser is great - just the right amount of detergent used so no guessing or wasting of detergent. Plenty of settings. Looks as nice as it works too.

Choice was made for this GE unit because of the type of agitator. This unit I believe cleans cloths much better with more agitation, than the low profile agitator units.
