This small A/C works great. It keeps a small room very cold. Better than expected for the price.

When I opened it at hope. The piece goes to the window was bent had to hammer it to straighten it out. Also big dent in the back of the unit. Disappointed. Luckily it worked. If I wasn't I a rush to cool down my 5 year Olds room with 85 degree heat and 90 percent humidity. I would of returned it when I opened the box and go to buy one from a different company

This AC cooled our bedroom down nicely. It’s not overly loud and for the price has been great so far.

I am not a fan of this system. It does not cool down my house enough. A piece of the unit was broken but returning was a pain so I kept it. However, after installing in the window, I noticed a few days later, the knob was broken. I am wondering if it does not work well because it is damaged. I had already disposed of the box and feel I am stuck with not a great product. I would not buy again or recommend.

Works better than expected!! Nice and chill!! Has gotten me comfortably through summer so far. Would recommend to those on a budget, that NEED to beat the heat !! Shipping and check out was amazing as well.

Does a poor job cooling down the room, it never actually blows out real cool air, at most it can only get my room down to about 70 degrees on a milder day, but on the real hot days it does nothing to cool the room, our ceiling fan does more in my opinion.

Does the job. Wish I had bought one with a remote. Small and efficient.

This cools my room so perfectly. I run it all night and I don’t wake up sweaty anymore.

It seemed to work very well for the first week or two , I did call the company who made it that was the instructions from home Depot , seems anything and everything that you buy from home Depot doesn't matter if you pay cash or you put it on your home Depot credit card you've got to call somebody else to troubleshoot it's like home Depot takes themselves out of the picture and puts the responsibility on somebody else it is what it is , and it's not like it weighs 5 lb you got to take it out of the window they need a new marketing department because it's been like this for a long time they sell it they need to be responsible for it. (PERIOD) IT'S LIKE I DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TO COMPLAIN OR GET GET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHY BECAUSE I CHARGED IT !

This unit was so easy to install and very quiet. Love it!

I use it in my office. It is quiet and cooling!
